2018թ․-ից գործող քաղաքական ռեժիմը համակարգային ձևով ոչնչացնում է մեր անվտանգային համակարգը. Արմեն Մանվելյան

Արմեն Մանվելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

2018թ․-ից գործող քաղաքական ռեժիմը համակարգային ձևով ոչնչացնում է մեր անվտանգային համակարգը։ Ու այդ գործընթացը վարչակազմի քարոզիչները կոչում են անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացում։

Ցավոք պետք է ընդունենք, որ ռեժիմի քարոզչամեքենան լավ է աշխատել և մի հսկայական զանգվածի տարիների ընթացքում կարողացել է համոզել, որ եկեք սա տանք, նա տանք, Արցախը տանք ու խաղաղ ապրենք։

Ու անուղեղ մի հսկայական զանգվածը այս խայծը կուլ էր տվել համոզված, որ այսուհետ Հայաստանի վրա հարձակվելու առիթ չի լինի։ Նույնիսկ Արցախից հայության բռնագաղթի օրերին Վայոց Ձորից մի տարիքով մարդ ինձ վստահ կերպով հավաստիացնում էր, որ մոտ օրերս ադրբեջանը զորքերը Ջերմուկից հետ կքաշի։

Մտավոր դեգենեռատության այս դրևորումները ցավոք սրտի համատարած էին, նիկոլասորոսների տարիների քարոզչությունը հասել էր իր նպատակին, հանձնենք ու խաղաղ ապրենքը դարձել էր իշխանությունը զավթած վարչակազմի ու նրան հավատացող զանգվածի հիմնական լոզունգը։

Բոլոր փորձերը համոզելու, որ սա ոչ թե մեր անվտանգությունն է բարձրացնում, այլ ընդհակառակը, Հայաստանը վերջնականապես դառնում է խոցելի ու որ մեր թշնամին միայն դրանից կօգտվի թվում էր թե անհույս է։ Շատերը, զոհ գնալով այդ քարոզչությանը "համոզված" էին, որ Հայաստանի վրա հարձակվելու այլևս առիթ չկա։
Եվ միայն վերջին օրերի ցավալի իրադարձությունները, ՀՀ-ում գործող փաստացի օկուպացիոն ռեժիմի այսպես կոչված "խաղաղության" օրակարգի ձախողումը նպաստեց, որ շատ-շատերը վերջնականապես համոզվեցին, որ գործող ռեժիմի պայմաններում պետք է վերջնականապես մոռանալ թե ինչ ասել է ԱՆՎՏԱՆԳՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ։

ՀՀ-ն այլևս անվտանգ տարածք չէ, իսկ գործող ռեժիմը փորձում է ժողովրդին անընդհատ վախեցնել և բարոյալքել պատերազմի սպառնալիքով, այսպիսով իր տխրահռչակ իշխանությունը երկարաձգելու համար։ Իսկ սրանց իշխանության ամեն օրը լինելու է մեր ժողովրդի զավակների արյան հաշվին ու այդ արյունն է սրանց արյունախում ռեժիմը սնում ու սրանց մոտիվացնում, որ շարունակեն ամեն գնով մնան իշխանության, քանի որ դա իրենց իսկ կատարած հանցագործություններից անպատիժ մնալու միակ գրավականն է։
