Փաշինյանի նախկին «ո՛չ»-երն ու դրանց ներկա... «պոչերը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր հրապարակային-քաղաքական գործունեության ընթացքում դրսևորվել է որպես պրոֆեսիոնալ «մերժիստ»: Հատկապես այն շրջանում, երբ նա «ընդդիմություն էր աշխատում», մեկ անգամ չէ, որ հանդես է եկել ամենատարբեր «ո՛չ»-ակիր կոչերով: Թվարկենք մի քանի օրինակ (ցանկացողները կարող են մտովի հավելել, ըստ իրենց հիշողության)՝ նշելով նաև դրանց «պոչերը», այսինքն, թե ինչ եղավ հետո, երբ Փաշինյանը սկսեց «իշխանություն աշխատել»:

Այսպես. «Ո՛չ թալանին» - Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը գործնականում օրինականացրել է պետբյուջեի միջոցները մսխելու՝ իր թիմին, յուրայիններին աստղաբաշխական աշխատավարձեր ու պարգևավճարներ դուրս գրելու ու ձեռքուոտքով բյուջեի մեջ մտնելու այլ երևույթները:

«Ո՛չ ոստիկանապետությանը» - Փաշինյանը Հայաստանը դարձրել է առավել քան ոստիկանապետություն:

«Ո՛չ բռնապետությանը» - Փաշինյանի իշխանության շրջանում Հայաստանը դարչնագույն բռնապետություն է. քաղաքական հետապնդումները, քաղաքական հալածանքները, քաղաքական կալանավորումները հաջորդում են մեկը մյուսին և իշխանության հիմնական գործելակերպն են դարձել:

«Ո՛չ ԽԾԲ-ին» – Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունը ԽԾԲ-ի, այն է՝ խնամի-ծանոթ-բարեկամներին (մտերիմ-դասընկեր, կնոջ ազգական, «հորքուրի գանձեր») պաշտոնի, «գործի» տեղավորելու ցայտուն նմուշ է:

«Ո՛չ ԵԱՏՄ-ին» – Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը, չնայած ցուցադրական ամբողջ հակառուսականությանը, ԵԱՏՄ-ից շատ ամուր է կառչած: Չնայած այս դեպքում դա պայմանավորված է մի բանով, որն ռուսերենում բնորոշում են որպես՝«шкурный интерес», պարզ ասած՝ անձնական շահ:

«Ո՛չ կոռուպցիային» - կարելի էր անգամ չմեկնաբանել, քանզի կյանքն ու պարբերաբար աղմկոտ բացահայտումները հուշում են, որ Փաշինյանի օրոք համակարգային կոռուպցիան ոչ միայն չի վերացել, այլև նոր «հնչերանգներ» է ստացել:

«Ոչ պադավատապետությանը» - դե, փաշինյանականներն, ինչպես ոչ մեկ անգամ առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, նույնիսկ մեկ օր չեն կարող ապրել առանց ճոխ պադավատների, էլ չենք խոսում ավտոպարկի անընդհատ թարմացումների մասին:

Հա, մի «ո՛չ» էլ հիշեցնենք «նախկին Փաշինյանից». «Ո՛չ Հայաստանի ադրբեջանականացմանը»: Այստեղ, կարծես մեկնաբանություններն ավելորդ են:

Առհասարակ, Փաշինյանի իշխանավարման զուգահեռ մտասևեռումներից մեկը կարծես այն է, որ մենք ոչ միայն «կրկեսի վերածելու» Հայրենիք ունեինք, այլև առհասարակ, Հայրենիքը կարելի է վերածել արնակոլոլ խայտառակության կտրտված արենայի:
