Փաշինյանի տարօրինակ հարցազրույցը

Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ հերթական տարօրինակ հարցազրույցն է տվել՝ այս անգամ բրիտանական «The Telegraph» լրագրող Ռոլանդ Օլիֆանթին։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, որ տևական ժամանակ որդեգրել են Ռուսաստանի հետ բոլոր կապերը խզելու և անվտագությունն Արևմուտքում որոնելու քաղաքականություն, այս անգամ չափազանց ուշագրավ և մեղմ հայտարարություններով են հանդես եկել։ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե չի ժխտում և մերժում Ռուսաստանի հետ անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցությունը, պարզապես պատրաստվում է դիվերսիֆիկացնել անվտանգային ոլորտում հարաբերությունները։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե պատրաստվում են և պատրաստ են աշխատել և քննարկել, հարաբերություններ հաստատել Եվրամիության հետ, Ֆրանսիայի, Միացյալ Նահանգների, Իրանի, Հնդկաստանի, սակայն այդ հարաբերություններն ուղղված չեն Ռուսաստանի դեմ։ Բրիտանացի լրագրողին հատկապես հետաքրքրել է Հռոմի ստատուտը։ Փաշինյանը շարունակել է պնդել, թե այն Ռուսաստանի և մասնավորապես Վլադիմիր Պուտինի դեմ ուղղված չէ։ Նշելով, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ կապված օրակարգում անդամակցության հարց չի քննարկել և չի քննարկվում, Փաշինյանը նշել է, թե Հայաստանն ընդամենը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ ունի գործընկերային հարաբերություններ և այդ հարաբերություններն ամենևին ուղղված չեն Ռուսաստանի դեմ։

Վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում մինչ Հայաստանն արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխության կուրս է որդեգրել, գործող իշխանությունները մի քանի անգամ նման հայտարարություններ արել են, հատկապես ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակում, երբ սկսել են վախենալ Ռուսաստանի կոշտ հակասությունից։

Վերջին շաբաթներին Ռուսաստանից չափազանց կոշտ հայտարարություններ են հնչել Հայաստանի հասցեին, ուստի Փաշինյանի այս դիրքորոշումները կարելի է ուշագրավ համարել՝ արձանագրելով, որ գործող իշխանությունները լուրջ վախեր ունի, որոնք բխում են Կրեմլից։
