Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Յուրաքանչյուր ազգ-պետություն, նույնիսկ իր ամենաթույլ և անբարենպաստ իրավիճակում` ունի վերականգնման ու զարգացման ՆԵՐՈւԺ (պոտենցիալ):
 
2018-23 թթ-ին Նիկոլը և «քպ»-ն մսխեցին ու ոչնչացրեցին հայության` 1988թ-ից սկիզբ առած բոլոր ձեռքբերումները: Հանուն իրենց դավադիր իշխանության պահպանման և հանուն օտար տերերի շահերի` նրանք զրոյացրեցին Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Սերժ Սարգսյանի և նախորդ բոլոր կառավարությունների ջանքերը:
 
Հայոց պատմությունը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ ապացուցել է հայ ժողովրդի կենսունակությունը, անելանելի և կործանարար իրավիճակներից փյունիկի պես վերածնվելու նրա կարողությունը: Դա խոսում է այն ահռելի ներուժի (պոտենցիալի) մասին, որն անթեղված է հայության ինքնության և գենի կենսունակության մեջ: Այն սպունգի պես ներքաշել է հոգևոր-մշակութային կյանքի, ազգային ավանդույթների, ընտանիքի, սովորույթների, ինստիտուցիոնալ հիշողության, ինքնատիպության, լեզվամտածողության, ազգային իդեալների և դրանց համար պայքարելու կարողությունների ողջ համակարգը:
 
Հարկ է նշել, որ շատ մեկնաբաններ, հայ ժողովրդին իրավամբ դասում են առաքելություն և մրցունակություն ունեցող ազգերի շարքին: Հետևաբար զարմանալի չէ, որ կան ազգեր կամ ուժային կենտրոններ, որոնք ամեն կերպ փորձել և փորձելու են դուրս թողնել մեզ կենսունակ և ստեղծարար ազգերի համաշխարհային մրացակցությունից: Վերջին դարերին դա փորձել են անել թուրքական գործոնի ձեռքերով, սակայն նույնիսկ այդպես չի հաջողվել: Փոխարենը` հայկական համակարգաստեղծ գենը իրեն վերականգնել էր նաև իր արցախյան ճյուղի դոնորության ու դոմինանտության միջոցով:
 
Իրավացի են բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր ստեղծված իրավիճակում Նիկոլին և իր խամաճիկներրին համարում են թիվ մեկ սպառնալիք: Ես կարծում եմ, այլևս լիարժեք ապացուցելի են այն վարկածները, որ այս անգամ հայ ժողովրդի մրցունակության և կենսունակության ողջ ներուժը ոչնչացնելու միսիան տված է հենց գործող կառավարիչներին:
 
Սահմանադրական պետականաստեղծ մակարդակից մինչև մսուր-մանկապարտեզի աշխարհընկալման առաջին քայլերը` խնդիր ունեն քամել ու քայքայել ազգային պետություն, ազգ-բանակ, ազգային ինքնություն, ավանդութային և հոգևոր-մշակութային համակարգեր, ազգային դպրոց, կազմակերպված Սփյուռք և այլ կարևոր հենասյուները:
