Հայաստանը վերահաստատում է՝ կողմ է Եվրամիության միջնորդությամբ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցությունների վերսկսմանը։ Խորհրդարանի իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը, սակայն, նշում է՝ բանակցությունները վերսկսելու վերաբերյալ այս պահին որևէ հստակություն չկա:  

Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանն այս մասին ասաց խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, բնականաբար, ևս կողմ է այդ ձևաչափերով բանակցությունների վերսկսմանը, քանի որ Հայաստանի օրակարգում առաջնային է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատումը»,-ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Պատգամավորը չգիտի, թե որքանով է իրատեսական հիմա ձևաչափի վերականգնումն ու դրան Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի համաձայնությունը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանը վերջին շրջանում խուսափել է մասնակցել ԵՄ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությամբ Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների մասնակցելուց՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ մի շարք պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք են բերվել հենց ԵՄ-ի միջնորդությամբ կայացած բանակցությունների արդյունքում։ ԵՄ խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը փետրվարի 8-ին X-ի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել էր, որ շնորհավորել է Իլհամ Ալիևին Ադրբեջանի նախագահի պաշտոնում վերընտրվելու առիթով և ողջունել է Բրյուսելում եռակողմ բանակցությունների մասնակցելու Բաքվի հանձնառությունը։
