Փաշինյանը Հայաստանին թողնում է առանց արտաքին քաղաքական փարոսի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Iarex.ru-ն գրում է, որ օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներով Հայաստանը նախկինի պես չի կարող միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ զարգացնել ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը և պաշտպանական կապերը, հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ «Անհրաժեշտ է փոխել բանակի զարգացման հայեցակարգը,- ասել է նա,- պետք է հասկանալ, թե ում հետ պետք է զարգացնենք ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը»։

Միաժամանակ, Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ «պետք է հասկանալ, թե ի՞նչ հարաբերություններ է կառուցում Հայաստանը Հնդկաստանի, Իրանի, Վրաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի և Ռուսաստանի հետ, մնալո՞ւ է, արդյոք, երկիրը ՀԱՊԿ-ի կազմում և այլն»։ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս է հայտարարել երկրի անվտանգության համակարգի դիվերսիֆիկացման անհրաժեշտության մասին, և նրա այս հայտարարության մեջ առանձնահատուկ բան չկա, կարծիք է հայտնել iarex. ru -ի սյունակագիր Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը։ «Փաշինյանի նարատիվն, իհարկե, ունի հակառուսական ուղղվածություն՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ից Հայաստանի դուրս գալու և Գյումրիից ռուսական ռազմակայանի դուրսբերման ակնարկով։ Նա միտումնավոր է ընտրում զգայուն և բարձրագոչ թեմաներ։

Թվում է, թե հենց դա է նման հայտարարությունների հիմնական նպատակը, որոնք Արևմուտքում ընկալվում են Անդրկովկասում Մոսկվայի դիրքերը թուլացնելու Երևանի մտադրությունների համատեքստում։ Նաև հարցեր է առաջացնում այն երկրների ցանկը, որոնց հետ Փաշինյանը մտադիր է հզորացնել բանակը: ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի հետ ամեն ինչ պարզ է, դա ՆԱՏՕ-ն է, և պատահական չէ, որ Հարավային Կովկասում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Խավիեր Կոլոմինը «Արմենպրես» պետական գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում ոգևորությամբ հայտարարեց արտաքին և պաշտպանական քաղաքականության մեջ Հայաստանի «շրջադարձի» մասին դեպի ՆԱՏՕ, քանի որ Հայաստանը տեղավորվում է Արևմուտքի և Ռուսաստանի առճակատման միտումի մեջ»,- նշել է Տարասովը։ Բայց դժվար թե այս իրավիճակում Իրանը ևս միանա «խաղին»,- ասել է փորձագետը։

«Թեկուզ միայն այն պատճառով, որ առկա է ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջոցով թուրք-ադրբեջանական աշխարհաքաղաքական տանդեմում Հայաստանի հնարավոր ներգրավման հավանականություն։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Հնդկաստանին, ապա Փաշինյանը հույս ունի հակախաղ իրականացնել Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան-Պակիստան ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի դեմ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, կառավարությանը մոտ կանգնած հայ փորձագետները կարծում են, որ Նյու Դելին կձգտի ընդլայնել համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի հետ Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքի շրջանակներում, բայց առանց Հայաստանի հետ ռազմական դաշինքի էլ է հնարավոր մասնակցել նման նախագծի»,- նշել է Տարասովը։
