Վարչախմբի դավադրությունը ՏՏ ոլորտի դեմ

ՏՏ ոլորտը Հայաստանի տնտեսության առանցքային ոլորտներից և ողնաշարերից մեկն է։ Միայն անցած տարի ոլորտի շրջանառությունն աճել է 1,5 անգամ՝ կազմելով մոտ 1 միլիարդ 37 միլիոն դոլար։ Ազգային վիճակագրական ծռայության տվյալներով՝ ոլորտը լուրջ զարգացում է ապրել թե՛ տեղական ընկերությունների և թե՛ դրսից՝ հատկապես Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան տեղափոխված ռելոկանտների շնորհիվ։

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտը ռազմավարական ճյուղ են հայտարարել, սակայն այդ ոլորտի ընկերությունների դեմ գործող վարչախմբի քայլերը երբեմն դուրս են տրամաբանությունից։ Այդ իմաստով հատկանշական են էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում բռնկված կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի շուրջ ՏՏ ոլորտի առաջատար ընկերություններից մեկի՝ «Սիներջիի» դեմ վարչախմբի ձեռնարկած գործողությունները։

Հիշեցնենք, կոռուպցիոն չարաշահումների գործով 7 մեղադրյալ կա, որից 4-ը էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության, 3-ը՝ «Սիներջիի» ներկայացուցիչներ են, ընդ որում կալանավորված են միայն «Սիներջիի» տնօրեն Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանը, բիզնեսի զարգացման կառավարիչ Լիլի Մկրյանն ու նախկին աշխատակից Անի Գևորգյանը։ Վերջինս Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի եղբոր կինն է։ Ի վերջո, կոնկրետ Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանի մասով, մի քանի հայտարարություններ են ընդունվել իշխանություններին կոչ անելով ազատ արձակել նրանց և դադարեցնել ոլորտը վարկաբեկելու քայլերը։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» էլ հայտարարել է, թե որոշել են ընկերության կալանավորված աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ խափանման միջոցը փոխելու հարցով երաշխավորություն ներկայացնել։

Ցանկացած պարագայում այստեղ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» փորձելու է քարոզչական դիվիդենտներ շահել՝ հայտարարելով, թե նախ աջակցում են ՏՏ ոլորտին, երկրորդ՝ դեմ են մանկահասակ երեխաներ ունեցող կանանց կալանավորմանը, մյուս կողմից էլ զգուշացում են անում սեփական կուսակցին, իսկ կալանքից ազատելու հանգամանքը ներկայացնելու են որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում։
