ՈՒղեվարձերի հարցին պետք էր անդրադառնալ հանրային տրանսպորտի ոլորտում աչք ծակող բարեփոխումներից հետո․ Դավիթ Մարգարյան

«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության անդամ Դավիթ Մարգարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

 

Այն, որ Երևանի քաղաքային իշխանությունները մի օր բերելու էին նման տխրահռչակ նախագիծ, պետք է որ անակնկալ չլիներ։ Համենայն դեպս առողջ բանականությունը հուշում է, որ ուղեվարձերի հարցին պետք էր անդրադառնալ հանրային տրանսպորտի ոլորտում աչք ծակող բարեփոխումներից հետո։
 
Թե ինչքանով է նոր, բայց կես ժամը մեկ, օրվա լույս ժամերին աշխատող ու կանգառներում կենաց-մահու պայքար մղող հանրային տրանսպորտը մեծ ձեռքբերում, թող ես չէ որ գնահատեմ։
Համենայն դեպս աղյուսակում այն իրական պատկերն է, որն առաջարկվում է Երևանի բնակիչներին։ Եթե չդիտարկենք օգտագործման տեսակետից անիրատեսական տարբերակները կամ որ ազատ 110.000 դրամ ունեք բարձի տակ պահած մի տարվա տոմս գնելու համար, ապա տրանսպորտի ուղեվարձը թանկանում է նվազագույնը 33.3%-ով։
 
Հետաքրքիր է, երբ ժամանակին իշխանական պրոպագանդիստները ամեն անկյունից գոռում-գոչում էին պետական ու համայնքային աշխատողների աշխատավարձերը և թոշակը բարձրացնելու մասին, տեսնես պատահակա՞ն են մոռացել ժողովրդին ասել, որ ինչքան բարձրացնում ենք, հետո այդքան էլ տանելու ենք ձեռքներիցդ։ Բայց կարևորը վերջում ասեն ու հիշեցնեն, որ բարձրացրել են աշխատավարձերը։
 
Թերևս կարելի է շնորհավորել բոլորիս, բայց հատկապես՝ «ՀՀ հպարտ քաղաքացիներին», որոնք որևէ կերպ «տուգանքի մատերիալ չեն», բայց «կլպվելու» մեծ պոտենցիալ ունեն։
