Ի՞նչ դիրքերում են «կոմունալներն» ու կապի օպերատորները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այն, որ Հայաստանում, այսպես կոչված, «կոմունալները» բավականին թանկ «հաճույք» են, գաղտնիք չէ. դրա ազդեցությունը յուրաքանչյուր ոք զգում է գոնե ամիսը մեկ անգամ՝ դրանց համար վճարելիս, էլ չենք խոսում ձմռան մասին: Հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչ դիրքերում են նշյալ ծառայությունները մատուցող ընկերությունները Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում: Նախ՝ նշենք, որ երեք կազմակերպություններն էլ «առաջատար» դիրքերում են: «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» ցանկում 3-րդն է՝ 48.5 մլրդ դրամ հարկով, «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը»՝ 22-րդը՝ 10,2 մլրդ դրամով, «Վիոլիա ջուրը»՝ 37-րդը՝ մոտ 7 մլրդ դրամով: Այս «ոլորտում» դիտարկենք նաև կապի օպերատորներին: Պետք է նշել, որ երեք օպերատորն էլ լավագույն 30-ի մեջ են: Սակայն, եթե «Յուքոմն» ու «Տելեկոմ Արմենիան» («Թիմ») անցած տարի ավելացրել են հարկերը, ապա նույնը չի կարելի ասել «ՄՏՍ Հայաստանի» մասին:

Ի մասնավորի, 2023 թվականին «Յուքոմը» 2022 թվականի համեմատ մոտ 4,5 մլրդ դրամ ավելի հարկ է վճարել, իսկ «Տելեկոմ Արմենիան»՝ մոտ 300 մլն դրամ ավելի: Փոխարենը «ՄՏՍ Հայաստանը» մոտ 300 մլն դրամով ավելի քիչ հարկ է վճարել: Հնարավոր է՝ այս կառույցում անցյալ տարի ավելի շատ զբաղված են եղել կազմակերպության վաճառքի կասկածելի գործարքներով: Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀԾՀ-ն նախ մերժեց «ՄՏՍ Հայաստանի» հայտը՝ «ազգային անվտանգությունը կամ պետական շահերը վնասելու» թեզի շեշտադրմամբ, իսկ տարեվերջին բավարարեց նույն հայտը՝ այդպես էլ չմանրամասնելով, թե ինչպես վերացավ «ազգային անվտանգությունը կամ պետական շահերը վնասելու» վտանգը:

Ի դեպ, թե՛ այս կառույցի կապից օգտվողները, թե՛ կազմակերպության շատ աշխատակիցներ դժգոհում են, որ Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի հեռանալուց և նոր տնօրենի նշանակումից հետո վատթարացել են «ՄՏՍ Հայաստանի» թե՛ կապի որակը, թե՛ աշխատանքային պայմանները:
