ՔՊ-ն ծածուկ պատրաստվում է նոր ընտրությունների

Գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են ինքնամոռաց պատրաստվել խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններին, որի ժամանակ էլ փորձելու են անցկացնել նոր Սահմանադրությունը։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ մեկ շաբաթ առաջ հրահանգ է իջեցվել բոլոր տեղական, մարզային և քաղաքային կառույցներին տարածքներ փնտրել համապատասխան շտաբերի համար, գտնել շտաբային աշխատողներ և աստիճանաբար ակտիվացնել շտաբային աշխատանքները, ընդ որում հանձնարարություն է տրվել հնարավորինս առանց աղմուկի, որպեսզի հանրությունը և ընդդիմադիր շրջանակները որևէ բան չկասկածեն։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը մտադիր է առաջիկա երեք ամիսների ընթացքում իրականացնել թե՛ նոր Սահմանադրության ընդունումը, և թե՛ խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացումը և դրանց պատրաստվելու համար բավականին լուրջ միջոցներ է ներգրավվելու։ Մասնավորապես, Փաշինյանը, դասեր քաղելով Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններից, և տեղական բազմաթիվ օլիգարխներ, որոնք խոստացան, բայց խաբեցին, որոշել է անձամբ հետևել յուրաքանչյուրի աշխատանքին և նրանց վրա համապատասխան քանակի ձայներ պարտադրել։

Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամաբ, այս պարագայում կարող է նույնիսկ բացվել Գյումրիի նախկին քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի և նրա «Բալասանյան» դաշինքի բախտը։ Եթե Բալասանյանը խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններում և Սահմանադրության համար բավարար քվեներ բերի, ապա Գյումին կթողնեն նրան, իսկ որդուն էլ մեկ այլ երկրում դեսպան կնշանակեն՝ մոռանալով նախկինում ունեցած խնդիրների մասին։ Մյուս, ժամանակին ընդդիմադիր եղած համայնքապետերի ապագան այնքան էլ պարզ չէ, որքան էլ վերջիններս փորձում են Փաշինյանի մոտ հավատարիմ երևալ, ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը, առանձնապես վստահություն չունի նրանց նկատմամբ։
