Կոռուպցիա կա կոռուպցիա. վերլուծական

7or.am-ը գրում է. 2018-ի հայտնի իրադարձությունների արդյունքում վարչապետի աթոռին հայտնված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ի լուր աշխարհի հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանում կոռուպցիան վերացել է: Ինքն է վերացրել: Դա, իհարկե, սենսացիոն հայտարարություն էր ու գլուխկոտրուկ էր ամբողջ աշխարհի համար, քանզի աշխարհի ոչ մի երկրում հնարավոր չի եղել վերացնել կոռուպցիան՝ զուտ հայտարարությամբ:

Նիկոլին հավատացողները համոզված էին, որ հենց այդպես էլ եղել է: Նիկոլը հայտարարել է, որ կոռուպցիա չկա ու կոռուպցիան վերացել է:

Հետագայում պարզվեց, որ կոռուպցիան ոչ թե վերացել է, այլ գռեհիկ տեսք է ստացել ու դրսևորվում է «հեղափոխական»տեխնոլոգիաներով: Այսինքն՝ որքան շատ են խոսում կոռուպցիայի վերացման մասին, այնքան այն շատանում է:

Բազմաչարչար հայ ժողովրդի աչքի առաջ երեկվա «թավշյա» տղաներն ու աղջիկները, որոնք հպարտանում էին իրենց չունևորությամբ, կտրուկ փոխեցին իրենց կյանքը՝ սկսած հագուկապից վերջացրած անձնական ունեցվածքով: Ոմանք դարձան դոլարային միլիոնատերեր, ոմանք՝ համեստորեն դեռ դրամային միլիոնատերեր են:

«Թավիշը« հատկապես լավ ազդեց Ալեն Սիմոնյանի վրա: Նրա եղբայրը պարբերաբար ասֆալտի տենդերներ է շահում, իսկ ինքը Ալենը՝ միկոնոսյան կայֆերի մեջ էր: Դե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու Աննա Հակոբյանիկյանքի որակի կտրուկ փոփոխության մասին էլ չենք խոսում:

Նույնը կարելի է ասել բազմաթիվ ՔՊԿ-ականների մասին: Բոլորը հաղթահարեցին աղքատությունն իրենց գրպաններում՝ ժողջանին թողնելով սեփական գլխում աղքատությունը հաղթահարելու գործը:

Ամեն ինչ շատ լավ էր գնում ՔՊԿ-ականների մոտ, բայց Նիկոլը հիմա այնպիսի կատաստրոֆիկ զարգացումներ է ապահովել ու ապահովում Հայաստանի համար, որ ստիպված է «փուռը» տալ յուրայիններին, որպեսզի իր իշխանությունը պահի: Ու քանի որ Նիկոլի համար իր թիմակիցներն ուսապարկերից չեն տարբերվում, ուստի նա պատրաստ է զոհաբերել ամեն մեկին: Դռբի տակ է ընկել Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, ում ասֆալտասեր եղբոր կնոջն են կոռուպցիոն մեղադրանք առաջադրել: Այս պատմությանը նախորդել է Էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարարի ձերբակալությունը: Դրանից առաջ «վեշելկաների» ու «դուշերի» էժանագին շոուն էր:

Հիմա Նիկոլն առաջնորդվում է «Կոռուպցիա կա կոռուպցիա» կարգախոսով: Ուզում է «բարի թագավոր, վատ բոյարներ» սցենարը խաղարկել, բայց իր հագով, որը «Խեղճ հարիֆ թագավոր, թալանչի ենթականեր»տեսքն է ստացել: Թե քանի պողոս կհավատա այս ամենին, թող պալատական սոցիոլոգները հաշվեն:
