Ի՞նչ է կատարվում Վրաստանում

Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին հրաժարական է տվել, իսկ նրան այդ պաշտոնում փոխարինելու է իշխող վրացական «Երազանք» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի նախագահ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն։ Ղարիբաշվիլին զբաղեցնելու է Կոբախիձեի պաշտոնը։

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբանները Վրաստանում ընթացող այս զարգացումները կապում են միլիարդատեր, «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության ստեղծող և նախկին վարչապետ Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլիի հետ։ Արևմուտքի պատժամիջոցների տակ հայտնված Իվանիշվիլին դեկտեմբերի 31-ին՝ Ամանորից ժամեր առաջ հայտարարեց կրկին քաղաքականություն վերադառնալու իր մտադրության մասին։ Ըստ շատ վերլուծաբանների՝ «Վրացական երազանք»-ը որոշակիորեն դուրս էր եկել նրա վերահսկողությունից, իսկ ձևավորված կլանները սեփական խաղն էին տանում թե՛ Արևմուտքի և թե՛ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում։ Իվանիշվիլին Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու կողմնակից է, ինքն էլ հայտնվել է արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների տակ, այժմ կրկին փորձում է իր ձեռքը վերցնել իշխանությունը։ Նրա ամենահավատարիմ մարդն էլ հենց Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն է, որը բավականին կոշտ, էպատաժային գործչի համարում ունի, հասցրել է փչացնել հարաբերություններն անգամ Վրաստանի նախագահ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլիի հետ։

Շատ դեպքերում պետական կարևորագույն հարցերի վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններն անում է հենց Կոբախիձեն, այլ ոչ Ղարիբաշվիլին։ Թե ինչպե՞ս կզարգանան հայ-վրացական հարաբերություններն Իրաքլի Կոբախիձեի օրոք, բարդ է ասել, համենայնդեպս ընդամենն օրեր առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել է Վրաստան և ռազմավարական գործընկերության համաձայնագիր կնքել Վրաստանի կառավարության հետ։ Վրացական կողմից բնականաբար պայմանագիր ստորագրել էր Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին։ Վերջինս բավականին ջերմ կապեր ունի հայկական կողմի հետ։ Թե ի՞նչ հարաբերություններ ունի կամ կունենա Կոբախիձեն, դեռևս վաղ է ասել։
