2023թ.-ին մուծված հարկերի ծավալն աճել է 14.8%-ով, առաջատարը ԶՊՄԿ-ն է

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հրապարակել է 2023թ. հունվար-դեկտեմբեր ամիսների 1,000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների կողմից վճարված հարկերի և տուրքերի ցուցանիշները։ Այս մասին  տեղեկացնում է ՊԵԿ-ը։

Հրապարակված ցուցանիշների համաձայն՝ Հայաստանի խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցուցակը գլխավորում է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը։ Ընկերության կողմից պետական բյուջե է վճարվել 70.88 մլրդ դրամ՝ 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ արձանագրվել է անկում՝ 50.75%-ով կամ 73.05 մլրդ դրամով։ 2022թ. հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունն առաջինն էր։

Երկրորդ տեղում է Գրանդ Տոբակոն՝ 55.29 մլրդ դրամ։ 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ՝ +10.25 մլրդ կամ 22.76%։ 2022թ.-ին հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը երրորդն էր։

Երրորդ տեղում է Գազպրոմ Արմենիան՝ 48.56 մլրդ դրամ հարկ։ 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ՝ -3.72 մլրդ կամ -7.11%։ 2022թ. հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը երկրորդն էր։

Մոբայլ Սենթր Արթ չորրորդ տեղում է՝ 46.11 մլրդ դրամ՝ +28.54 մլրդ դրամ կամ +162.45%։ 2022թ.-ին հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը ցուցակի 7-րդ հորիզոնականում էր։

Հինգերորդ տեղում է Փրիթի Ուեյ ընկերությունը (Վեստա), որը պետբյուջե է վճարել 33.29 մլրդ դրամ հարկ։ 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ արձանագրվել է աճ՝ 24.77 մլրդ դրամով կամ 290.72%-ով։ 2022թ.-ին հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը 22-րդն էր։

Վեցերորդ տեղում է Վայլբերրիզը, որը պետբյուջե է վճարել 26.49 մլրդ դրամ հարկ։ 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ արձանագրվել է աճ՝ 25.73 մլրդ դրամով կամ 3,378.23%-ով։ 2022թ.-ին հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը 346-րդն էր։

Յոթերորդ տեղում է Ամերիաբանկը, որը պետբյուջե է վճարել 25.72 մլրդ դրամ հարկ։ 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ արձանագրվել է աճ՝ 17.54 մլրդ դրամով կամ 214.32%-ով։ 2022թ.-ին հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը 24-րդն էր։

Ութերորդ տեղում է Արդշինբանկը, որը պետբյուջե է վճարել 24.87 մլրդ դրամ հարկ։ 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ արձանագրվել է աճ՝ 17.54 մլրդ դրամով կամ 239.53%-ով։ 2022թ.-ին հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը 29-րդն էր։

Սի-Փի-Էս Էներջի Գրուպն 9-րդն է՝ 23.7 մլրդ դրամ՝ +6.72 մլրդ դրամ կամ +39.55%։ 2022թ.-ին հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը ցուցակի 9-րդ հորիզոնականում էր։

Ջեյ Թի Այ Արմենիան եզրափակում է տասնյակը, ընկերությունը բյուջե է մուծել 22.7 մլրդ դրամ հարկ, 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ արձանագրվել է աճ 5.7 մլրդ դրամով կամ 33.56%-ով։ 2022թ.-ին հունվար-դեկտեմբերին ընկերությունը 8-րդն էր։

Առաջին տասնյակում տեղ է զբաղեցրել մեկական ընկերություն հանքարդյունաբերության և առցանց առևտրի ոլորտներից։ 2-ական ընկերությամբ ներկայացված են էլեկտրոնիկայի վաճառքի, էներգակիրների, ծխախոտի արտադրության և բանկային ոլորտները։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 10 խոշոր հարկատուների կողմից վճարվել է 377.6 մլրդ դրամ հարկ, ինչը 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշից ավել է 3.7 մլրդ դրամով կամ 0.99%-ով:

Ինչ վերաբերում է 100 խոշոր հարկատուներին, ապա դրանց վճարած հարկերի ընդհանուր ծավալը 975.88 մլրդ դրամ է, ինչը 133.38 մլրդ դրամով կամ 15.83%-ով ավել է 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշից։

1,000 հարկատուների վճարած հարկերի ծավալը կազմել է 1.711 տրլն դրամ, ինչը 2022թ. համադրելի ցուցանիշից ավել է 220.46 մլրդ դրամով կամ 14.80%-ով։

1000 խոշոր հարկատու ընկերությունների կողմից մուծված հարկերի 22.07%-ը բաժին է ընկնում առաջին 10 ընկերությանը։ Առաջին հարյուր ընկերության կողմից մուծվել է հարկերի 57.05%-ը։

Եթե մուծված հարկերի ծավալը ներկայացնենք ԱՄՆ դոլարով (ԿԲ փոխարժեքը 25/01/24 դրությամբ՝ 404.21 դրամ), ապա առաջատար տասնյակի կողմից մուծվել է 934.18 մլն դոլար, առաջատար 100-ի կողմից՝ 2.41 մլրդ դոլար և 1,000-ի կողմից՝ 4.23 մլրդ դոլար։
