Այսօր՝ հունվարի 23-ին, ճանապարհի մերկասառույցի պատճառով արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Կոտայքի մարզում:Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, մոտ 2 ժամից ավելի է Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի Չայնիի ոլորանների 2 կմ-ից ավելի հատվածում բարձիթողի վիճակ է, ճանապարհը սպասարկող ճանշինականները, ինչպես նաև ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտի աշխատակիցները ոչ մի աշխատանք չեն կատարել՝ ճանապարհը մերկասառույցից մաքրելու, աղ ու ավազով մշակելու ուղղությամբ:

Նրանց վատ աշխատանքի հետևանքով էլ 20-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաներ են բախվել իրար:Մերկասառույցի պատճառով Երևան-Գավառ երթուղին սպասարկող մարդատար ГАЗель-ը կողաշրջվել է, ինչի հետևանքով կան մեծ թվով վիրավորներ, և նրանց օգնության հասած ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Տավուշի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները, ովքեր այդ պահին անցնելիս են եղել, իջել են ու օգնություն են ցուցաբերել վիրվորներին, այդ ժամանակ մեկ այլ ավտոմեքենա էլ, հայտնվելով մերկասառույցի մեջ, բախվել է Պարեկային ծառայության ծառայողական ավտոմեքենային:Ճանապարհի տարբեր հատվածներում բախվել են ավտոմեքենաները, որի հետևանքով այդ հատվածներում նույնպես կան վիրավորներ:

Օպերատիվ են գործել միայն ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի պարեկները, Աբովյանի Հրազդանի հրշեջ-փրկարարները և «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթպահ խմբերը:Ըստ դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածների՝ վիրավորների թիվը անցնում է 10-ը, բարեբախտաբար մի մասը, ըստ բժիշկների, ստացել են սարլաջարդեր:Այս պահին պարեկներն ու փրկարարները մեծ դժվարությամբ են ծառայություն կատարում, քանի որ մինչև հիմա ոչ մի ճանշինի տեխնիկա չի երևացել. լավ կլիներ որ ժամանեին Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանն ու Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտի պետ Գոռ Ավետսիյանը:

Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովայնի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը, վթարների փաստով Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել են քրեական վարույթներ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում են վարորդների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը:
