«Էրդողանը Բաքվից ազդանշանի է սպասում Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու համար». Թոմաս դե Վաալ

2024 թվականին Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը հնարավոր է, Էրդողանը Բաքվին է սպասում։ Ermenihaber.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել «Քարնեգի» հիմնադրամի ավագ փորձագետ, Հարավային Կովկասի խնդիրներով զբաղվող բրիտանացի հետազոտող Թոմաս դե Վաալը։

Բրիտանացի հետազոտողը նախորդ տարի «Քարնեգի» հիմնադրամի կայքում տեղ գտած «Հայաստանի անապահովության տարին» վերնագրով իր հոդվածում 2023 թվականի լավատեսական սցենարների շարքում էր մատնանշել Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը և որպես դրան նպաստող գործոն էր ներկայացրել Թուրքիայում նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ընդդիմության հնարավոր հաղթանակը։ Սակայն, ինչպես գիտեք, այդ ամենը տեղի չունեցավ և Անկարան շարունակում է նոր նախապայմաններ ներկայացնել Հայաստանին, որոնցից, թերևս, գլխավորն է Բաքվի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքումը։ Ermenihaber.am-ը վերլուծաբանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք նա 2024 թվականի համար շարունակում է հնարավոր համարել հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը երկու երկրների միջև։

«Կարծում եմ՝ դա հնարավոր է, կարծում եմ՝ Էրդողանը սպասում է Ադրբեջանին։ Թուրքիայի նախապայմանները փոխվել են տարիների ընթացքում։ Հիշում եք՝ 10-15 տարի առաջ թուրք պաշտոնյաներն ասում էին, թե բավական է, եթե հայկական զորքերը դուրս բերվեն թեկուզ միայն մեկ շրջանից, միայն Ֆիզուլիից (Վարանդա-խմբ․) կամ միայն Ջաբրայիլից (Ջրական-խմբ․), և իրենք կկարգավորեն հարաբերությունները։ Հետո կորսվեց ոչ թե մեկ, այլ յոթ շրջան, կորսվեց Ղարաբաղը, դեռևս չկա կարգավորում»,- նկատեց Դե Վաալը։

Ըստ նրա՝ թուրքական արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտի ընտրանին (էսթաբլիշմենթը) տեսնում է բոլոր այն առավելությունները, օգուտները, որոնք կստանան Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարագավորման դեպքում․ Նոր տրանսպորտային կապեր կարող են ստեղծվել, Թուրքիան կարող է խաղացող դառնալ Հարավային Կովկասում, Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը կարող է լավ ազդել թուրք-ամերիկյան՝ մասնավորապես Կոնգրեսի հետ հարաբերությունների վրա և այլն։

«Նրանք հաշվի են առնում այդ շահերը, սակայն Թուրքիայի արտաքին քաղաքականությունն այժմ ակնհայտորեն վարում է նախագահի աշխատակազմը, պարոն Էրդողանը, և նա այժմ Բաքվից ազդանշանների է սպասում։ Իմ կարծիքով՝ եթե նույնիսկ փոքրիկ, մեկ էջանոց պայմանագիր ստորագրվի Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև, դա բավական կլինի Անկարայի համար։ Բայց սա շատ լավատեսական սցենար է և իսկապես, դժբախտաբար, կախված է Բաքվից»,- եզրափակեց փորձագետը։
