Ֆրանսիայի երկու մեսիջները

Ֆրանսիայից վերջին օրերին ստացվող երկու մեսիջները վկայում են մեր տարածաշրջանում Փարիզի ակտիվացման հետ։ Նախ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնը զինված ուժերին արված ամենամյա ուղերձում անդրադարձել է Հայաստանին՝ հայտարարելով պատմական ընտրության մասին։ «Բալկանները Հայաստանը գրավել են մեր ուշադրությունը և հանգեցրել են մեր դիրքորոշման ամրապնդմանն ու պատմական ընտրություններ կատարելուն, հատկապես, ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանին»,- ասել է Մակրոնը։

Արտաքին գործերի նորանշանակ նախարար Ստեֆան Սեժուրնեն էլ, դիվանագիտական կորպուսի առջև ելույթ ունենալով, ընդգծել է Ֆրանսիայի շարունակական աջակցությունը Հայաստանին, կարևորել արդար և տևական խաղաղության ձգտումը։

Ֆրանսիայի Սենատում հակաադրբեջանական բանաձևից հետո Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանից կարծիքներ են հնչում, որ անհրաժեշտ է Ֆրանսիայի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ ձեռնարկել, նաև երկրից հեռացնել ֆրանսիական բիզնեսը՝ այդ թվում խոշոր Total էներգետիկ կազմակերպությունը։ Մինչդեռ, նույնիսկ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, երբ Ֆրանսիան հասցրել էր բարեհաջող կերպով փչացնել հարաբերություններն Ադրբեջանի հետ, տոտալի ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպում էին Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության հետ, բիզնեսի հարցեր քննարկում։

Ֆրանս-ադրբեջանական հերթական սրումը կարող է լուրջ հետևանքներ ունենալ, միևնույն ժամանակ Ֆրանսիան փորձելու է նաև ամբողջությամբ չխզել կապերն Ադրբեջանի հետ, բանն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի էներգետիկ ոլորտը, նավթի և գազի արտահանումն անհրաժեշտ է նաև Ֆրանսիային, և վերջինս փորձում է մրցակցության մեջ մտնել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ՝ իր սեփական շահերն առաջ մղելու։ Փոխարենն Ադրբեջանն ամբողջությամբ տրվել է Բրիտանիային, նախօրեին էլ Ադրբեջանի վարչապետ Ասադովը հանդիպել է «Բրիթիշ փետրոլիում» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ընդհուպ քննարկել օկուպացված Արցախի տարածքում արևային նախաձեռնություններ իրականացնելու հարցը։

Ըստ էության, եվրոպական երկրների մեջ Ադրբեջանը նախապատվությունը տվել է Բրիտանիային, որը, ի դեպ, նաև սկսել է ակտիվանալ Հայաստանում, փորձում են Հայաստանն էլ իրենցով անել։

Թե եվրոպական երկրներից այստեղ ով ինչ շահեր է հետապնդում հայտնի է բոլորին, միևնույն ժամանակ թե՛ Ֆրանսիայի, թե՛ մեծ Բրիտանիայի շահերն ամենևին էլ Հայաստանին ուղղված չեն և վերջնարդյունքում նոր աղետի կարող են հանգեցնել։
