Փաշինյանը փորձում է այլկերպ պառակտել Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերին

Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները ոչնչացնելու իր հետևողական քաղաքականության մեջ գործող իշխանություններն անցել են իրենց ամենասիրելի մեթոդներին։ Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո, հասկանալով, որ հնարավոր չէ խաթրով և համոզելով և սպառնալիքներով վերջ դնել նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ինստիտուտների գոյությանը Հայատանի տարածքում, իշխանությունն այժմ այլ մեթոդների է դիմում, մասնավորապես փորձում է կռիվ գցել Արցախի խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունների, իշխանության տարբեր մարմինների միջև։

Օրերս Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի հրամանագրով նոր պետնախարար է նշանակվել քաղաքաշինության նախկին նախարար Արամ Սարգսյանը։ Մինչ այդ պետնախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում էր Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հորեղբորորդին՝ Արթուր Հարությունյանը, որն այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր Արայիկ Հարությունյանի պաշտոնանկությունից հետո և Սամվել Շահրամանյանի ընտրությունից հետո։

Արթուր Հարությունյանը ներկայացնում էր Արցախի խորհրդարանի ամենամեծ «Միացյալ հայրենիք» խմբակցությունը, սակայն վերջերս՝ կապված Արցախի հարցի հետ միջազգային հանձնախումբ ստեղծելու թեմայի հետ, լուրջ տարաձայնություններ էին առաջացել խորհրդակցական խմբակցությունների մեջ, մասնավորապես «Միացյալ հայրենիքը», Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հրահանգներով հրաժարվել էր մասնակցել այդ հանրային հանձնախմբի ստեղծման աշխատանքներին, փորձել էր կազմալուծել այն։

Խնդիրներ են առաջացել նաև Փաշինյանի մերձավորներից մեկի՝ Սամվել Բաբայանի կուսակցությունում, կին պատգամավորներից մեկը խմբակցությունից դուրս գալու որոշում է կայացրել, իսկ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Բաղունցը, որը ևս «Միասնական հայրենիք» խմբակցության անդամ է հրաժարվում է համագործակցել Սամվել Բաբայանի հետ՝ վերջինիս վարքը համարելով դավաճանական և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ուղղորդվող։

Փաստացի, այսօր Հայաստանում գտնվող Արցախի խորհրդարանում լրջագույն քաղաքական խնդիրներ կան, ինչն էլ, ի դեպ, ձեռնտու է միայն Ադրբեջանին և Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին, որոնք ամեն ինչ անում են Արցախի պետական հաստատությունները վերացնելու, Արցախի հարցը վերջնականապես փակելու համար։
