Նոր պատերազմ, նոր կալվածքներ

Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ռազմական գործողությունների սանձազերծման հավանականությունը կրկին մեծացել է։ Իրականում այդ վտանգը եղել է ու կա անցած ավելի քան երեք տարիներին, պարզապես ժամանակ առ ժամանակ բթացվել է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների քարոզած խաղաղության դարաշրջանով։

Վերջին օրերին, սակայն, անգամ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն են խոսում Ադրբեջանի հռետորաբանության կոշտացման, որպես դրա հետևանք՝ պատերազմի սպառնալիքի ավելացման մասին։

Պատերազմի հարցում կարծես արդեն իսկ ձևավորվում է որոշակի կոնսենսուս, պարզապես քննարկվում են դրա հնարավոր ժամկետները՝ դա տեղի կունենա Ադրբեջանում կայանալիք նախագահական ընտրություններից առա՞ջ, թե՞ դրանից հետո, կամ գուցե դա  կպայմանավորվի Ռուսաստանի, հնարավոր է՝ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահական ընտրությունների ելքով։

Հնարավոր պատերազմի սպառնալիքի մասին գրեթե բաց տեքստով խոսում է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը՝ Հայաստանին ներկայացնելով պահանջներ, որոնք ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում են պետության ինքնիշխանությանն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությանը և կարող են բավարարվել կա՛մ ՀՀ իշխանությունների ինքնակամ հանձնվելով, կամ պատերազմով։ Բանականությունը հուշում է, որ նման պայմաններում գտնվող երկրի ղեկավարությունն ամեն ինչ թողած՝ պետք է զբաղված լինի պատերազմի պատրաստվելով։ Բայց Հայաստանում կատարվում է ճիշտ հակառակը՝ արվում է ամեն ինչ՝ հնարավոր պատերազմի դեպքում օր առաջ պարտությունն արձանագրելու համար։
