Նոր քարոզչական պատերազմ. ի՞նչ է անելու Հայաստանը Բաքվի ինֆորմացիոն հարձակումների դեմ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության 29-րդ համաժողովը անցկացվելու է Բաքվում, և տեղեկություններ կան, որ նաև այդ համաժողովն է Ադրբեջանն օգտագործելու Հայաստանի դեմ նոր քարոզչական արշավ իրականացնելու համար, ի մասնավորի՝ «էկոլոգիական» ասպեկտով: Այս մասին բարձրաձայնում են նույնիսկ արտերկրյա լրատվամիջոցները՝ նշելով, որ, փորձագետների համոզմամբ, Բաքվի ձեռքում այդ ֆորումը կդառնա «էկոլոգիական» համատեքստում Հայաստանի վրա հարձակվելու միջոց: Ընդհանրապես, բոլոր առումներով, այդ թվում՝ էկոլոգիական տեսանկյունից հանցագործ այդ երկիրը հնարավոր ու անհնար բոլոր միջոցները կիրառում է Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության դեմ արշավ իրականացնելու համար:

Տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանը համոզված է, որ ակնհայտորեն Ադրբեջանը դա անում է բացառապես քաղաքական նպատակահարմարությունից ելնելով, այդ երկրին հետաքրքրում է ոչ թե բնապահպանական խնդիրը, այլ քաղաքականությունը։ Ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանի խնդիրն է թուլացնել Հայաստանը՝ սլաքներն ուղղելով մեր տնտեսության ողնաշարի ուղղությամբ: Ադրբեջանի թիրախում պարբերաբար հայտնվում է Հայաստանի խոշորագույն հարկատուն` Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, և զարմանալիորեն դեռևս կան որոշ շրջանակներ, որոնք այստեղից մեծապես օգնում են այդ հարձակումներին` իրենց անհասկանալի հրապարակումներով և շատ հաճախ կեղծ տեղեկատվությամբ։

Այս թեմայի հետ կապված՝ օրերս լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ՏԿԵ փոխնախարար Հովհաննես Հարությունյանն ասել էր. «Կազմակերպություններ կան, որոնց գործունեությունը դիտարկելիս չենք հասկանում, թե ում ջրաղացին են ջուր լցնում։ Ես նրանց կոչ կանեմ՝ նման պրոցեսների մեջ մտնելուց առաջ մտածել իրենց, ապագա սերունդների և Հայաստանի մասին»: Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ մենք տեղեկություն էինք հրապարակել նաև, որ մոտ երկու տարի Հայաստանում «թունավոր ծանր մետաղների տարածման ուղիների» հետ կապված ուսումնասիրություններ է իրականացրել չեխական «Առնիկա» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, ինչպես նաև հարցեր էինք բարձրացրել, թե ինչո՞ւ է արտերկրյա ՀԿ-ն ուսումնասիրություններ անում Հայաստանում, ո՞վ է թույլ տվել, ովքե՞ր են այդ փորձագետները, որքանո՞վ կարելի է վստահ լինել նրանց օբյեկտիվության մեջ, ի՞նչ երաշխիքներ կան, որ այդ տեղեկությունները չեն հայտնվի Ադրբեջանի կամ Թուրքիայի ձեռքում, կամ եթե ամբողջությամբ հրապարակային են լինելու ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները, ինչպե՞ս կարող են դրանք օգտագործվել նշյալ երկրների կողմից և այլն:

Այս թեմայի հետ կապված Հարությունյանն ասել է. «Մենք էլ ենք տեղյակ, կան աշխատանքներ, որոնց մասին բարձրաձայն չենք խոսում, օրինակ՝ ազգային անվտանգության հարցերը։ Մենք ուսումնասիրում ենք բոլոր կազմակերպությունների գործունեությունները, թույլ տվեք մեր եզրակացություններն այս պահին չհրապարակեմ»: Ստացվում է, որ նոր սկսվող տարին ևս զերծ չի լինելու Հայաստանի տնտեսության ռազմավարական ուղղության դեմ տարվող արշավներից։ Հուսանք՝ ամեն ինչ կարվի, որպեսզի մենք մեր ձեռքերով Ադրբեջանի ջրաղացին ջուր չլցնենք:
