Ադրբեջանը տարին սկսել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» շուրջ նոր սպառնալիքներով

Ադրբեջանը տևական ժամանակ դադարեցրել էր այսպես կոչված Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի մասին խոսակցությունները, իսկ պաշտոնական օղակները հայտարարում էին, թե Հայաստանի կողմից միջանցքը չտրամադրելու հետևանքով անցել են «Պլան Բ-ին»՝ Իրանի տարածքով Նախիջևանն ադրբեջանին կապելու ճանապարհ կառուցելուն։ Բազմաթիվ վերլուծաբաններ նշում էին, որ այս դադարը ժամանակավոր է, իսկ միջանցքն ամեն գնով զավթելու Ադրբեջանի նպատակները բնավ չեն փոխվել։

Նոր տարվա առաջին օրերից սկսած՝ բոլոր այս կանխատեսումները իրականություն դարձան։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեդ Հաջիևը հայտարարել է, թե 2020 թվականի եռակողմ հռչակագրով Հայաստանը պարտավորվել է երաշխավորել Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան շրջանների և Նախիջևանի միջև տրանսպորտային կապերի անվտանգությունը երկու ուղղություններով քաղաքացիների տրանսպորտային միջոցների և ապրանքների անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժը կազմակերպելու համար։

-Հայաստանն արդեն երեք տարի է խոչընդոտում է այս գործընթացին, ուստի Ադրբեջանն արդեն պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել Իրանի հետ,- նշել է Հաջիևը, միևնույն ժամանակ հայտարարել, թե Հայաստանը ստորագրել է այդ պարտավորությունը և պետք է կատարի, ընդ որում մաքսային և սահմանային հսկողության վերացում ակնկալում են միայն Ադրբեջանից Նախիջևան ապրանքներ տեղափոխելիս, բայց երբ Ադրբեջանից ապրանքներ տեղափոխվեն երրորդ երկրներ, Հայաստանը կապահովի համապատասխան մաքսային և սահմանային հսկողություն։ Ինչպես և սպասելի էր, Ադրբեջանի այս հայտարարությունը դուռ է բացում Հայաստանի դեմ նոր ռազմական ագրեսիա սկսելուն։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ «խրախճանքին» միացել է նաև Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Յաշար Գյուլերը՝ հայտարարելով, թե տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը կարող է կարգավորվել միայն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմամբ, հարկ է ընդգծել, որ թուրք–ադրբեջանական տանդեմը գործում է բավականին մտածված՝ ընդ որում այդ ճանապարհին նույնիսկ չխորշելով հեռացնել ռուսական գործոնը։

Համենայնդեպս Հաջիևը այլևս չի պնդել եռակողմ հայտարարության այն դրույթը, որ տարանցումը պետք է ապահովեն ռուս խաղաղապահները։
