Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, սիրելի հայեր՝ Հայաստանում եւ Սփյուռքում։

Ավարտվում է մի տարի, որի դառնությունը դեռ երկար կուղեկցի մեզ:

100․000-ից ավելի տեղահանված հայեր, կորստյան մատնված ու հայաթափված Արցախ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ ամեն օր վտանգված ու խոցելի սահմաններ։ Նույնիսկ դժվար է հավատալ, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում կորցրեցինք հայկական Արցախը, որը հազարամյակներ շարունակ եղել է մեծամասամբ հայերով բնակեցված։

Իսկ ի՞նչ պետք է ունենայինք այս ընթացքում։

2020 թվականի պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն ու ներուժը
զարգացնելու ամենօրյա ջանքեր, քրտնաջան աշխատանք, ծրագրեր, որոնք մեր երկիրը ոտքի կկանգնեցնեին աղետաբեր պատերազմից հետո, ծրագրեր, որոնք մեզ կօգնեին որոշակիորեն անկախ լինել Արևելքի և Արևմուտքի
պարտադրանքներից, օր ու գիշեր տարվող նպատակային աշխատանք՝ մեր
սահմաններն ու Արցախն ամուր պահելու, թշնամու ամեն խելացնոր պահանջի
կուլ չգնալու համար։

Վերջին տարիներն ապացուցեցին ժողովրդական խոսքի ճշմարտացիությունը.
«Ուժեղի մոտ միշտ էլ թույլն է մեղավոր»։

Եվ այսպես, աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղերին կուլ չգնալու, Հայաստանի
Հանրապետությունը հայկական, ամուր պահելու, բանակցությունների սեղանի
շուրջ մեր խոսքն ունենալու համար վաղուց ժամանակն է կենացներից,
ուղերձներից, հայտարարություններից իրական գործի անցնելու։ Մեր
տարածաշրջանի բարդ զարգացումների և մեր երկրի առջև ծառացած
մարտահրավերների հանդիման՝ հզոր հայրենիքի կերտման ձգտումներում չենք
կարող հաջողել, եթե չդառնանք տնտեսապես ուժեղ, կրթված ու զարգացող երկիր։

Ընդհանուր ցանկությունը մեզ պետք է մղի համախմբելու մեր ջանքերը, գործելու միասնաբար, գիտակցելու, որ բազում վտանգներով ու մարտահրավերներով լի աշխարհում որպես ազգ և պետություն հարատևելու, մեր հազարամյա ընթացքն անխաթար շարունակելու և զարգանալու միակ հնարավորությունը երկիրը ներսից չթուլացնելն է: Գալիք տարում որքան հնարավոր է լինենք լայնախոհ, շրջահայաց և իրատես:

Ամանորյա այս երեկոյին մեր սրտերն ու մտքերը մարտական հերթապահության
մեջ գտնվող մեր զինվորների, սպաների, գեներալների՝ մեր բանակի, մեր
սահմանապահների հետ են, որոնք հերոսական ջանքեր են գործադրում մեր երկրի սահմաններն անառիկ պահելու համար։

Ամանորյա այս երեկոյին մեր սրտերն ու մտքերն Արցախում են, բռնի
տեղահանված արցախցիների, մեր նահատակների, պատերազմի, սահմանային լարվածության հետեւանքով զոհված մեր եղբայրների եւ քույրերի ընտանիքների, նրանց երեխաների, մայրերի, հայրերի, կանանց, ամուսինների, եղբայրների եւ քույրերի հետ։
Աստված պահապան մեր երկրին, հայրենիքի մեր քաջարի պաշտպաններին և մեր ողջ ժողովրդին:
