ՏԿԵ նախարարը հաստատում է 8 գյուղերի հանձնման խոսակցությունները

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարն առայժմ չի արձագանքել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին արտգործնախարարների երկկողմ հանդիպում անցկացնելու Բաքվի առաջարկին։ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը նախօրեին հայտարարել էր, թե Բաքուն կողմ է խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ առանց միջնորդի բաց բանակցությունների։ Նոյեմբերին հայկական կողմն Ադրբեջանին էր փոխանցել առաջարկների իր փաթեթը, Բայրամովը հայտնել է, թե 7-րդ տարբերակն օրեր առաջ են փոխանցել Երևանին, դա էլ հայկական կողմից որևէ արձագանքի չի արժանացել, բացի հաստատումից։

Ընդհանրապես ոչ մի մանրամասն Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն այդպես էլ չի հաղորդում։ Թերևս կարելի է Բայրամովի արձանագրած «առաջընթացի» մեջ նշել միայն 8 գյուղերի «վերադարձի» հարցը։ Թեև ո՛չ Արարատ Միրզոյանը, ո՛չ էլ Փաշինյանը որևէ բան չեն ասում, սակայն գործող իշխանությունների մեջ «ամենամիամիտը» Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանն էր, որը հայտարարել է, թե 8 գյուղերի վերադարձի հարցը կարող է որոշվել սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացն այդ աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակներում։

Սանոսյանը հաստատում է, որ 8 գյուղերի, այսպես կոչված, անկլավների վերադարձի հարց Երևանը քննարկում է և բացարձակապես իրեն կաշկանդված չի զգում։ Թե ի՞նչ խնդիրներ են առաջանալու Տավուշի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերում որևէ անկլավի վերադարձի դեպքում, թերևս իմաստ չկա նորից կրկնել։ Միջպետական ճանապարհների հիմնական հատվածներն անցնում են հենց այդ «անկլավներով» և Հայաստանը տնտեսական ու քաղաքական լրջագույն խնդիրների է բախվելու։ Այդուհանդերձ, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի բոլոր պահանջները կատարող Հայաստանի խամաճիկային իշխանություններն իրենց խաղաղության ձախողված օրակարգն առաջ մղելու հարցում չափազանց անպատիժ են պատկերացնում և հասարակությանն էլ որևէ հաշվետվություն չեն ներկայացնում։
