Երևանի հավաստիացումները չեն փարատել Ռուսաստանի մտահոգությունները

Ռուսաստանն ակնհայտորեն նյարդայնանում է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հակառուսական քայլերից, և նույնիսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովին և ԱՊՀ ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական նիստին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հայտարարություններն արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը չփոխելու մտադրության մասին չեն փարատել Մոսվայի մտահոգությունները։

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը երեկ հարցազրույց է տվել պետական «ՏԱՍՍ» գործակալությանը, նշել, որ վերջին շրջանում Երևանը զարգացնում է համագործակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի և նրա առանձին անդամ պետությունների հետ։ Միայն այս տարի Հայաստանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ մասնակցել է մի քանի տասնյակ միջոցառումների, փոխարենը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ զորավարժություններին, ինչպես նաև մի շարք առանցքային հանդիպումների։

Ըստ Լավրովի՝ Հայաստանը շարունակում է իր զինված ուժերի արդիականացումը ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափորոշիչներով, իսկ զինվորականները վերապատրաստվում են Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի մի շարք պետություններում: «Դա չի կարող անհանգստություն չպատճառել»,- ասել է Լավրովը, հայ գործընկերների ուշադրությունը հրավիրելով այն փաստի վրա, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի իրական նպատակն է տարածաշրջանում իրենց դիրքերն ամրապնդելը և պայամաններ ստեղծել «բաժանիր և տիրիր» սխեմայով մանիպուլացիաների համար։

Լավրովը նաև ընդգծել է, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը տեղի տալով արևմտամետների հորդորներին՝ փորձում է վերաձևակերպել իր արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը։ Մոսկվայի հետ ժամանակի ընթացքում փորձված դաշնակցային կապը փոխում է ոչ թե Արևմուտքի կոնկրետ օգնության, այլ միայն մշուշոտ խոստումների դիմաց։ «Արդարացնելու համար ռազմավարական շրջադարձը Հայաստանի բոլոր դժբախտությունների՝ այդ թվում Ղարաբաղի կորստի համար, փորձում են մեղադրել Ռուսաստանին։ Մենք բազմիցս հրապարակավ խոսել ենք ռուսական մտահոգութունների մասին, իմաստ չունի հիմա կրկին թվարկել հայկական իշխանությունների ոչ բարեկամական քայլերը»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ նա դեռևս դուռը բաց է թողնում համագործակցության համար, նշում, որ Հայաստանը եղել և մնում է ռազմավարական գործընկեր Հարավային Կովկասում, համոզված են, որ բոլոր դժվարությունները ժամանակավոր բնույթ են կրում և կհաղթահարվեն քաղաքական կամքի առկայության դեպքում։
