Մկան վազքը մինչև մարագն է. ինչպե՞ս Փաշինյանը մեկնեց Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տևական ժամանակ ինտրիգ պահելուց հետո, երեկ ներկայացել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ՝ մասնակցելու Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության գագաթնաժողովին։

Դեռևս նոյեմբերին Ռուսաստանի նախագահի օգնական Ուշակովը հույս էր հայտնել, որ Փաշինյանը կմասնակցի թե՛ ԵԱՏՄ միջոցառմանը և թե՛ այսօր կայանալիք ԱՊՀ ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը։

Հանդիպման հույս հայտնել են նաև Ռուսաստանի այլ պաշտոնյաներ, սակայն հայկական կողմից որևէ պաշտոնական հայտարարություն չէր եղել մինչև երեկ Փաշինյանի մեկնելու սկիզբը։ Ավելին, հայկական կողմից անընդհատ խորացնում էին տեղեկությունները, թե Փաշինյանը չի մասնակցելու, հաշվի առնելով, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովին և ԱՊՀ այլ միջոցառումներին։

Իր մեկնումը Փաշինյանը մեկնաբանել է հենց գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում՝ հայտարարելով, որ ի տարբերություն ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ԵԱՏՄ-ն տնտեսական միություն է, իսկ Հայաստանը փորձում է ամեն ինչ անել այդ կառույցը քաղաքական հավակնություններից հեռու պահելու համար։ Թեև ակնկալվում էր, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահը և հատկապես Բելառուսի նախագահը որոշակի հարցերում «հաթաթա» են տալու Փաշինյանին նրա դիրքորոշումների համար, սակայն ըստ երևույթին ռուսական կողմին չափազանց անհրաժեշտ էր Փաշինյանի մասնակցությունը, ուստի և ընդամենն աջակցության խոսքեր են հնչել։

Ռուսաստանի նախագահն էլ հայտարարել է, թե ԵԱՏՄ նախագահությունն անցնում է Հայաստանին և իրենք պատրաստ են բոլոր միջոցներով օգնել Հայաստանի նախագահությանը։ Այդուհանդերձ 2024 թվականին հոբելյանական հանդիպում է կայանալու, որը, ըստ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի, տեղի կունենա ոչ թե նախագահող երկրի մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, այլ Ռուսաստանում, պատճառն, ըստ ամենայնի, Հռոմի ստատուտն է, որը մինչ օրս ռուսական կողմը չի կարողանում մարսել։
