ՆԳՆ բարեփոխումները ձախողվել են, անգամ սորոսականներն են արձանագրում

2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունը ձախողել է հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, իսկ ոստիկանությունը վաղուց արդեն դարձել է փաշինյանական իշխանության ձեռքի մահակն՝ ընդդեմ ընդդիմախոսների, հասարակական դժգոհությունների, ցուցարարների, սակայն միայն այժմ սորոսական հայտնի կազմակերպությունները հանկարծ հիշել են, որ ՆԳՆ բարեփոխումները ձախողված են։

Մոտ երեք տասնյակ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, որոնք այս տարիների ընթացքում երբևէ չեն արձագանքել ոստիկանության կատարած ապօրինություններին, ընդդիմադիրների դեմ հարձակումներին, հանկարծ հիշել են, որ ոստիկանությունը ձախողվել է։

Իրավապաշտպան Արթուր Սաքունցի գնահատմամաբ՝ օրինակ, ոստիկանությունը բարեվարք չէ, շարունակում է անխնա խախտել մարդու իրավունքները և սա իրենց գնահատականն է։

Ոստիկանության բարեփոխումների ձախողման մասին հայտնել է նաև «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորման» ղեկավար Դանիել Իոնիսյանը, ով, ի դեպ, անձամբ իրականացնում է այդ բարեփոխումների համակարգումն արևմտյան կառույցների կողմից։ Ըստ Իոննիսյանի՝ միջազգային աջակցող կառույցներն ու կազմակերպությունները հանդես են գալիս մեղմ գնահատականներով, թեև տեղյակ են բոլոր բացթողումներից և կոռուպցիոն գործարքներից, իսկ որ Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը և նրա ղեկավարությունը թաղված են կոռուպցիոն գործարքների մեջ, որևէ մեկը չի կասկածում։

Մինչդեռ թե՛ Ներքին գործերի նախարարը, թե՛ բարեփոխումների գծով նրա տեղակալ նշանակված ու միջազգային կառույցների բուռն սերը վայելող Արփինե Սարգսյանը, շարունակում են պաշտոնավարել և վայելել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անսահման վստահությունը։ Թեպետ Փաշինյանն ինքը պետք է գիտակցի, որ այս մարդկանց պաշտոնավարումն առաջին հերթին խնդիր է իր համար, հատկապես որ նույն միջազգային կազմակերպությունները, անգամ «Տրանսպարանս ինթերնեյշնըլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնը փաստում են, որ Հայաստանում կոռուպցիան ոչ միայն արմատախիլ չի արվել, այլև գնալով ավելի խորացել է։ Ի վերջո կիսատ-պռատ արված աշխատանքը դուրս է գալու հենց իրենց դեմ։ Իսկ Ներքին գործերի տխրահռչակ նախարարն ու նրա ոչ պակաս տխրահռչակ տեղակալը շարունակում են նույն ոգով։
