Մեր նպատակը մեր երկրի պետականությունը պահպանելն է. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը դեկտեմբերի 20-ին շարժման գաղափարական պլատֆորմի նախագծի և ծրագրի ներկայացման շրջանակներում հարցազրույցը է տվել «Իրավունք»-ին, վերլուծել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ստեղծված ներկայիս իրավիճակը, ներկայացրել դրանից դուրս գալու ելքերը, անդրադարձել է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, ինչպես նաև պարզաբանել Հայաստանում գործող իշխանությունների վարած արտաքին և ներքին քաղաքականությունը։
«Մեր գլխավոր նպատակը երկիրն այս իրավիճակից դուրս բերելն է։ Բայց այսօրվա իշխանությունը խանգարող հանգամանք է այդ ճանապարհին, որին պետք է հեռացնել»- նշել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդը նաև անդրադարձել է Ռուսաստանից գնված զենքի ոդիսականին և ներկայացրել դրա իրական պատճառները, թե ինչու ՌԴ-ից ձեռք բերված մեծաքանակ զենքը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն չի հասել: «Իրականությունը եղել է այն, որ այն զենքը, որը մենք գնել ենք ըստ պայմանագրերի պետք է վերցնեինք Ռուսաստանի տարածքից։ Այդ զենքը մեծամասնությամբ եղել է պատրաստ, եղել է պահեստավորված։ Պատկերացրեք երկու-երեք տարի եղել է պահեստներում, ռուսական կողմը սպասարկել է, պահպանել է: Ես, ճիշտն ասած, զարմացած եմ, թե ինչի է պայմանագրերը կնքվել, որ պետք է հայկական կողմը վերցներ Մոսկվայից, ինչի չէր կարելի այնպիսի պայմանագիր կնքեին, որ արտադրողը պետք է հասցնի Երևան»,-նշել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը և հավելել, որ ՌԴ դեմ կիրառվող սանկցիաները և Վրաստանի տարածքով տարանցիկ ճանապարհն է եղել միակ խոչընդոտը։ Իսկ սանկցիաներն, ի դեպ, ՌԴ զենք արտադրող գործարանների դեմ ԱՄՆ և Եվրոպական մի շարք պետությունների կողմից կիրառվում էին մինչև Ռուս-Ուկրաինական պատերազմի սկսելը:

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանի կարծիքով, չի կարելի մտնել քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվող մարդկանց անձնական տիրույթ, դա, ըստ գեներալ-մայորի, անթույլատրելի է. «Այո, եթե այդ մարդը սխալներ է անում քաղաքական դաշտում, եկեք դրա մասին խոսենք։ Ձեր կարծիքն ասեք, ոչ թե կպեք անձին։ Դեմ եմ անձին կպնելուն: Ես առաջարկում եմ, պայքարի ձևերը փոխել և բերել քաղաքակիրթ դաշտ` անցնել անձնականից: Պետք է քաղաքակիրթ երկիր դառնանք, իսկ քաղաքակիրթ երկրում այդպիսի բան ընդունված չէ»։

Հարցազրույցի վերջում Արշակ Կարապետյանը խոսել է նաև իր կողմից ղեկավարվող շարժման գործունեության մասին: «Մեր նպատակը, նորից եմ կրկնում, մեր երկրի պետականությունը պահպանելն է և մեր ազգի ապագան ապահովելը»- իր խոսքը եզրափակել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
