Առուշ Առուշանյանի հետ կատարվածը՝ դաս բոլոր համայնքապետերի համար

Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանի հետ կատարվողն իսկական դաս կարող է լինել բոլոր այն համայնքապետերի և պաշտոնյաների համար, ովքեր ՔՊ-ի թիմից չեն և երբևէ հանդես են եկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության դեմ։

Բոլորը կհիշեն 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, Սյունիքի համայնքապետերի ընդդիմադիր կեցվածքը, սյունեցիների կողմից Փաշինյանին ուղղված սյունյաց ողջյունները, ինչպես նաև Առուշանյանի և մյուս համայնքապետերի կոշտ հայտարարությունները գործող իշխանությունների նկատմամբ։ Այդ համայնքապետերն այսօր իշխանությունների կրնկի տակ են, իրենց բոլոր գործողությունները համաձայնեցնում են փաշինյանական վարչախմբի հետ, սակայն այդ հանգամանքը չի խանգարում, որ իշխանությունները գործեր հարուցեն նաև Առուշանյանի և մյուսների դեմ, փորձեն ճնշել և հրաժարական պարտադրել։

Գլախվոր դատախազությունը երեկ հայտնեց, որ Առուշ Առուշանյանին և նրա կնոջը հրավիրել են գլխավոր դատախազություն ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչություն, որտեղ նրանց պատկանող գույքի առնչությամբ իրականացվել է ուսումնասիրություն, կազմվել է ամփոփագիր։

Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի հայցերը գործող վարչախումբն օգտագործում է բացառապես իր ընդդիմախոսներին պատժելու համար։ Առուշանյանը տևական ժամանակ ամենևին էլ Փաշինյանի ընդդիմախոսը չէ, սակայն արտահերթ ընտրություններից առաջ Փաշինյանը մտավախություն ունի, որ այդ համայնքապետերն այնքան էլ ակտիվորեն չեն օգտագործի վարչական ռեսուրսը և ՔՊ հաղթանակն այդ համայնքներում կասկածի տակ կարող է լինել, ուստի և փորձում է հենց այսօր կամ նրանց զոռով «քպացնել», կամ էլ հրաժարական պարտադրել, ինչն էլ հենց տեղի է ունենում Առուշանյանի հետ։

Մյուս համայնքապետերը պետք է հասկանան, որ հնարավոր չէ «և՛ կույս լինել, և՛ հաճույք ստանալ», ուստի պարտավոր են ավելի հստակ դիրքորոշում արտահայտել գործող իշխանությունների ապօրինությունների վերաբերյալ, այլապես ինչ որ մի օր ճնշումների անիվը հասնելու է նաև նրանց։
