Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Սիրելի բարեկամներ,

Երեկ Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը, դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ, հրապարակեց արդեն մեկ ու կես տարվի շարունակվող քրեական գործով դատավճիռը, որով Հայաստանում իր նախադեպը չունեցող աբսուրդային արգելք է դրվել իմ հանրային-քաղաքական գործունեության վրա՝ պարտավորեցնելով առաջիկա 2 տարիների ընթացքում ինձ ձեռնպահ մնալ հանրային հավաքների կազմակերպումից և մասնակցությունից։

Այս անհեթեթ դատավճռի քաղաքական դրդապատճառները այնքան ակնհայտ են, որ նույնիսկ իմաստ չունի դրանց մասին հատուկ խոսել։ Չկարողանալով ապացուցել իմ մեղքը այս շինծու և ծայրից ծայր փնթի սարքած գործով, դատարանը, գործող իշխանությունների անմիջական հրահանգով, որպես վերջին վատություն, փորձում է սահմանափակել իմ հանրային-քաղաքական գործունեությունը։ Ավելորդ է ասել, որ դա չի հաջողվելու, ինչպես մինչև հիմա չի հաջողվել, և մեր պայքարը հանուն միասնական, ազատ և արդար հայկական հայրենիքի շարունակվելու է նոր թափով, ի հեճուկս այս հակազգային և պարտվողական վարչակարգի, ու նրա տարաբնույթ կամակատարների։

Բնականաբար, այս անհեթեթ դատավաճիռը բողոքարկվելու է վերադաս դատական ատյանում, սակայն մենք դրանով չենք սահմանափակվելու, և ամեն հնարավորը կանենք, որպեսզի արդարությունը վերականգնվի ոչ միայն իմ, այլև այս վարչակարգի ապօրինություններից տառապող բոլոր մեր քաղաքացիների համար։ Երկուշաբթի մեր պաշտպանական թիմը հրավիրում է մամլո ասուլիս՝ մանրամասն մեկնաբանելու այս գործի ընթացքը, և ներկայացնելու մեր հետագա գործողությունները, մինչ այդ շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր այս ընթացքում սատարում էին մեր պայքարին, և շարունակում են մեզ նեցուկ լինել՝ այն շարունակելու համար։
