Դատարանը կատարում է իշխող վարչախմբի ակնհայտ պատվերը․ «Հայաքվե»

Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանը (դատավոր՝ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյան) հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, «ՀայաՔվե» քաղաքացիական օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանին մեղավոր ճանաչեց և նախադեպը չունեցող աբսուրդային արգելք դրեց նրա հանրային-քաղաքական գործունեության վրա՝ պարտավորեցնելով 2 տարի 6 ամսով չկազմակերպել հավաքներ և չմասնակցել դրանց։
 
Համարում ենք, որ այս քայլով դատարանը կատարում է իշխող վարչախմբի ակնհայտ պատվերը՝ հանրային կյանքից ու քաղաքական գործընթացներից մեկուսացնելու իր առավել հետևողական ընդդիմախոսներին։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հանդեպ շինծու, պատվերով քրեական գործ հարուցելու, նախաքննության, դատաքննության ողջ ապօրինի ընթացքն ու արդյունքը ՀՀ-ում դատաիրավական համակարգի՝ բռնազավթված լինելու անհերքելի վկայությունն է։
 
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այն դարձրել է իր գործիքը՝ թույլ չտալու Հայաստանում քաղաքացիական հասարակության և նոր, կենսունակ ազգային քաղաքական ուժերի ձևավորումը։ Սրանով նա, ի թիվս այլոց, երկու հարց է փորձում լուծել՝ կատարել իր գործընկեր Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ Հայաստանում ազգային ուժերին խեղդելու պահանջը, և է՛լ ավելի ամրապնդել իր բռնատիրական ռեժիմը՝ ազատազրկմամբ ու այլ ճնշումներով փորձելով ահաբեկել ընդդիմադիր կեցվածք ունեցող բոլոր գործիչներին ու արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներին։
 
Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք մարդու քաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական իրավունքների ոտնահարման այս աղաղակող դրսևորումը։ Զորակցություն ենք հայտնում մեր գործընկերոջը և հավաստում, որ մեզ ոչ մի բռնություն հետ չի պահելու Արցախի և ընդհանրապես՝ հայ ժողովրդի ազգային իրավունքների համար պայքարի, և խաբեությամբ բռնազավթված իշխանությունը ժողովրդին վերադարձնելու մեր ուղուց։
