Փաշինյանը փորձում է իր սխալները բարդել Ռուսաստանի վրա. Վլադիմիր Շապովալով

Մոսկվայի Միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտի Համեմատական քաղաքագիտության ամբիոնի դոցենտ Վլադիմիր Շապովալովը Alpha News-ի եթերում մեկնաբանել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Ռուսաստանին ուղղված մեղադրանքները։ Ըստ փորձագետի՝ Փաշինյանը շատ հմուտ ու կեղծավոր քաղաքական գործիչ է, որ փորձում է ցանկալին իրականության տեղ ներկայացնել ։

«Հայաստանի հասարակության կողմից Փաշինյանի դեմ զգալի հավակնությունների պայմաններում նա փորձում է մեղքը հիվանդ գլխից տեղափոխել առողջ գլխի վրա, Ղարաբաղի հարցում սեփական սխալներն ու սխալ հաշվարկները բարդել Ռուսաստանի վրա։ Այսինքն՝ փաստացի Փաշինյանը հրաժարվել է Ղարաբաղից։ Հայաստանի վարչապետը ոչ մի նոր բան չի ասել, սա իրականում այն նույն գիծն է, որին նա հավատարիմ է մնացել մի քանի ամիս, և որը բացարձակապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ ամբողջովին կոպտորեն կեղծում է իրականությունը»,- ասել է Շապովալովը։

Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը միշտ կատարել և ներկայումս իրականացնում է ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում Հայաստանի նկատմամբ դաշնակցային պայմանները:

«Հենց Ռուսաստանն է դադարեցրել արյունահեղությունը 2020 թվականին՝ բերելով իր խաղաղապահներին, և հենց դա է փրկել Ղարաբաղը ժամանակի այդ պահին։ Բայց մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Փաշինյանն իր քաղաքականությամբ էապես հանգեցրեց ղարաբաղյան սուբյեկտիվության կործանմանը, իսկ այժմ նա փորձում է ներկայացնել դա որպես ռուսական բանսարկություններ։
Սրա հետևում տեսնում ենք ոչ միայն Փաշինյանի կեղծավոր պահվածքը, այլև նրա շատ ակտիվ սիրախաղը Արևմուտքի հետ։ Փաշինյանը վերջին ամիսներին ակտիվորեն մերձենում է Արևմուտքի հետ, և Հայաստանի ղեկավարության կողմից ձեռնարկված մի շարք գործողություններ հակասում են Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ դաշնակից երկրի դիրքորոշմանը։ Եվ, իհարկե, Փաշինյանի այս հայտարարությունը զուտ քննարկում համարել չի կարելի։

Սա բացահայտ հակառուսական հայտարարություն է, որը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը և վկայում է, որ Փաշինյանի դիրքորոշումը մեծ մասամբ հակառուսական է։ Եվ այսպես, ի սկզբանե, զանգվածային ցույցերի արդյունքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության գալու պահից, նույնիսկ այն ժամանակ բավականին ակտիվորեն կիրառվում էր հակառուսական թեման, և, միաժամանակ, Փաշինյանը ամեն կերպ հերքում էր իր գործողությունների հակառուսական բնույթը։ Բայց այսպես թե այնպես, այդ թեման, այդ թեման, այդ շեշտադրումն արդեն նկատելի էր դեռ այն ժամանակաշրջանում»,- եզրափակել է Շապովալովը։
