«Նիկոլի մասին խոսել՝ նշանակում է ապուշանալ, հանրությունը վաղուց սա չպետք է հանդուրժեր». Պարույր Հայրիկյան

2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Պրահայում  հայտարարեց, որ ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային աբողջականությունը 86.600 քկմ տարածքով, հետագայում հրապարակավ հաստատեց, որ ճանաչում է Արցախի Հանրապետությունն Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

Այս հայտարարություններից հետո, միջազգային իրավունքի մասնագետները, քաղաքագետները մշտապես հայտարարում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինանի այդ քայլը հակասում է ՀՀ անկախության հռչակագրին, Սահմանադրությանը, այդ թվում՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությանն ու օրենքներին։

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ԱԻՄ առաջնորդ, քաղաքական գործիչ Պարույր Հայրիկյանն ասաց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր այդ քայլով իրականացրել է քրեական հանցագործություն։

«Կարծում եմ՝ բոլորն էլ նկատել են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առհասարակ ինչի մասին խոսում է՝ դրա հետ կապ չունի։ Ավելին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ժամանակին նախաձեռնել էր սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներ՝ 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 12-ին։ Նա ժամկետներ նշեց, իրավական ակտը, հատկապես բարձրագույն իշխանության կողմից ընդունված՝ պարտադիր է կատարման համար։ Չկատարման դեպքում պատասխանատու են և՛ նրանք, ովքեր չեն կատարել և՛ նրանք, ովքեր վերահսկում են կամ այս որոշումն ընդունել են։ Այդ ամենը Նիկոլը տապալեց, բայց իրավական ակտերի համաձայն՝ հասցրեց փոխել իր նախկին որոշումը, այսինքն՝ երկարացրեց ժամկետները։ Այս ամենը կապված է Սահմանադրության հետ, ի վերջո, ազգը, պետությունը դառնում է վավերական իր Սահմանադրությամբ։ Հետո Նիկոլը հայեցակարգը երկարացրեց, և ժամկետները պետք է փոխվեին 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, դա էլ չեղավ, և սա խախտում է։
