Դատարանը բավարարել է Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի գնդապետ Նորայր Ասլանյանի կալանքը այլ խափանման միջոցով փոխարինելու վերաբերյալ պաշտպանի միջնորդությունը

Շուրջ կես տարվա ապօրինի կալանավորումից հետո, օրեր առաջ՝ 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանը՝ այս անգամ արդեն դատավոր Ջոն Հայրապետյանի նախագահությամբ, բավարարեց հրազենի և ռազմամթերքի ենթադրյալ ապօրինի շրջանառության գործով մեղադրվող Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի պահեստազորի գնդապետ, Մարտական խաչ առաջին և երկրորդ աստիճանի շքանշանների արժանացած Նորայր Ասլանյանի կալանքն այլ խափանման միջոցով փոխարինելու վերաբերյալ պաշտպան Արմեն Անդրիկյանի միջնորդությունը։ 

Չնայած նրան, որ փաստաբանական խմբի համոզմամբ ներկայացված ապացույցներով հերքվում են թե' գնդապետի կողմից ենթադրյալ հանցանք կատարած լինելը, թե' խափանման միջոցի հիմքերի առկայությունը, որոշակիորեն դրական պետք է գնահատել դատարանի որոշումը՝ կալանքը փոխարինել տնային կալանքով և բացակայելու արգելքով։

Պաշտպանական թիմը հայտնում է, որ հետևողական է լինելու գնդապետ Ասլանյանի գործով արդարության վերականգման հարցում՝ այդ թվում նաև դատավարության ընթացքում հանրությանը իրազեկելով անհիմն մեղադրանքի քննության զարգացումների մասին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Նորայր Նելսոնի Ասլանյանը բարձրագույն ռազմական կրթությամբ զինվորական հրամանատար է, ով Հայոց բանակում ծառայել է 1991-ից մինչև 2022 թվականները։ Ռազմական գործում գրանցած զգալի հաջողությունների համար պարգևատրվել է Մարտական խաչ երկրորդ և առաջին աստիճանի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ և ԱՀ Մարտական ծառայության բազմաթիվ շքանշաններով։ 

2021 թվականից Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմում զբաղեցրել է անվտանգության վարչության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնը։
