«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վեկտորային քաղաքականությունը փոխելուն խելակորույս տրվելը լուրջ վտանգներով է հղի, ընդհուպ՝ պետության ողնաշարի կոտրվածք: Այս կարծիքին է քաղաքագիտության թեկնածու, դոցենտ Նարեկ Գալստյանը: Նրա խոսքով, պետք է շատ արագ կողմնորոշվել և արձագանքել առկա մարտահրավերներին առաջին հերթին տեղական ռեսուրսների մոբիլիզացիայի միջոցով:

«Այստեղ մեր իշխանությունները բոլորովին ոչ համարժեք քաղաքականություն են վարում: Փորձում են հարցի քննարկումը, լուծումը փոխանցել միջազգային հարթակներին: Այսինքն, նպատակը սեփական անվտանգության հարցերի լուծումը միջազգային հարթակներին, այլ պետություններին փոխանցելն է: Սա անթույլատրելի է: Սա մեզ համար ունենալու է ճակատագրական հետևանք»,-նշում է Գալստյանը: Նրա կարծիքով, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ապացուցեցին, որ կարմիր գիծն իրենց մոտ շատ հեղհեղուկ հասկացություն է և կարելի է հեշտությամբ ճկել:

«Նույնը կարելի է ասել նաև Արևմուտքի մասին, որտեղից հայտարարում էին, թե Արցախում հայաթափումը, էթնիկ զտումն իրենց համար կարմիր գիծ է: Ի՞նչ արեցին, ոչինչ: Կամ՝ Ռուսաստանն ինչպե՞ս թույլ տվեց, որ այս ամենը տեղի ունենա, չէ՞ որ նա երաշխավորում էր, որ բնակչությունն այնտեղ անվտանգ կլինի և այլն: Վստահել մեծ պետություններին, ով էլ դա լինի, ճակատագրական միամտություն է: Մեծ պետություններին մեր նման փոքր պետությունները չպետք է անվերապահ վստահեն: Դա կատեգորիկ հակացուցված է, վտանգավոր է ոչ միայն առողջության, այլև կյանքի համար: Օրինակ՝ ոչ ոք թող չմտածի, որ Ֆրանսիան, իր շահերը ոտնահարելով, Հայաստանի շահերն է պաշտպանում: Հասկացեք, թե որոնք են շահերը, թե հայկական լոբբին Ֆրանսիայում որոշի՞չ է: Երկրորդ՝ մտածեք, թե ինչ ունեք, որ ապագայում Ֆրանսիան ձեզանից ակնկալելու է: Դաշնակից դարձնում են, ոչ թե նրանք օդից գալիս և ընկնում են ձեր գլխին: Սա հաշվարկների հետ է կապված, ինչից մեր կառավարող էլիտան բավականին կաղում է»,-հավելում է նա:
