Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի կնոջը կտեղափոխեն «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեբուժական կենտրոն

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում են ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ Արմավիրի մարզպետի խորհրդական Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի սպանության բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է դատահոգեբուժական և դատահոգեբանական համալիր փորձաքննություն, հայտնում են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

1965 թ. ծնված Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի դիակը հայտնաբերվել է 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ին՝ ժամը 23.30-ի սահմաններում, Արմավիրի մարզի Մյասնիկյան-Դալարիկ ճանապարհի 3-րդ կմ-ից դեպի աջ ընկած՝ մոտ 300 մ հեռավորությամբ գտնվող «Դալարիկի ձոր» կոչվող տարածքում՝ փաթաթված և կապկպված սավանով, պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներով և մուգ գույնի պարաններով։ Զննությամբ դիակի վրա հայտնաբերվել են կտրված և ջնջխված վերքեր, իսկ հագին եղել է վարտիք և շապիկ։

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է սպանության եղանակը, շարժառիթը, փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Մ.Սիմոնյանին կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքները պատճառվել են տուժողի կնոջ կողմից։ Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու, հանցագործությունը կատարելու պահին և դրանից հետո մեղադրյալի հոգեկան վիճակը պարզաբանելու համար մեղադրյալ կնոջ նկատմամբ նշանակվել է ստացիոնար դատահոգեբուժական և դատահոգեբանական համալիր փորձաքննություն: Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ փորձաքննությունը կատարելու համար նրան ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեբուժական կենտրոնում տեղավորելու մասին, ինչը բավարարվել է։
