Կենսաթոշակները և նպաստները ԼՂ-ից տեղահանվածներին վճարվելու են 2024 թ. հունվարին

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց 2023 թ. կենսաթոշակի, նպաստների և պարգևավճարի վճարումն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցներ հատկացնելու նպատակով Կառավարությունն ընդունել է որոշում:

Ըստ այդմ՝ առաջարկվում է սահմանված ժամանակահատվածում վճարվելիք կենսաթոշակի, պարգևավճարի, պատվովճարի, ծերության, հաշմանդամության, կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների, չաշխատող անձի մայրության նպաստի, երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի իրավունքի իրացման համար հատկացնել անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցներ՝ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությանը հատկացված ֆինանսական միջոցների հաշվին:

Ըստ հիմնավորման՝ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց կենսաթոշակ կամ նպաստ նշանակվելու է 11.12.2023-ից ներկայացրած դիմումների հիման վրա: Ընդ որում՝ պարբերական վճարների դեպքում վճարվելու են 2023 թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ից:

Պարբերաբար վճարվող այն վճարները՝ կենսաթոշակները, պատվովճարները, պարգևավճարները, ծերության, հաշմանդամության, կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստները, որոնք ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածներին նշանակվելու են առաջին անգամ, ինչպես նաև մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստը 2023 թ. դեկտեմբերին ներկայացված դիմումների հիման վրա վճարվելու են 2024 թ. հունվարին:

Ընդ որում՝ 2024 թ. հունվարի գումարի հետ կվճարվեն նաև նախորդ ամիսների գումարները: Այդ բոլոր կարգավորումները նախատեսված են ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ և կիրառվում են բոլոր դեպքերում: Սա նշանակում է, որ որոշմամբ առաջարկվող գումարներն ուղղվելու են բացառապես այն պարբերական գումարների վճարմանը, որոնք նշանակվել և վճարվել են ԼՂ-ում:

Միանվագ բնույթի վճարները 2023 թվականին կվճարվեն ըստ նշանակումների, որոնք կկատարվեն ներկայացված դիմումների հիման վրա:

Այսինքն՝ չաշխատող անձի մայրության նպաստը և երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը 2023 թ. դեկտեմբերին կվճարվեն, եթե ներկայացվի դիմում, և նշանակվի նպաստ:
