Ցանկությունը Չալաբյանի քաղաքական ու հասարակական գործունեությունը սահմանափակելն է․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ տեղի ունեցավ հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով դատական նիստը։ Անդրադառնալով այն փաստին, որ օրեր առաջ դատախազը խնդրել էր հետաձգել նիստը՝ մենք նշել էինք, որ դատախազությունը «ցայտնոտի» մեջ է և խնդիր ունի՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչպես պետք է ձևակերպեն պատժի պահանջը, որ կարողանան ամեն գնով Չալաբյանին ազատությունից զրկել:

Եվ ահա, մինչ դատարանը խորհրդակցական սենյակ հեռացավ վճիռը դեկտեմբերի 21-ին հրապարակելու համար, դատախազն առաջարկեց սահմանափակել Չալաբյանի ազատությունը երկու տարի վեց ամիս ժամկետով: Սա նշանակում է, որ Չալաբյանն այս ընթացքում չի կարողանալու որևէ քաղաքական ու հասարակական հավաքի մասնակցել կամ կազմակերպել, ավելի պարզ խոսքով՝ քաղաքական գործունեություն ծավալել:

Հետաքրքիր զուգադիպությամբ դատական այս գործընթացը և դատախազի կողմից նման դատավճռի պահանջը համընկավ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության գործունեության հետ: ԱԺ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովում օրինագիծը մերժվեց, իսկ լիագումար նիստ ՔՊ-ի «շնորհիվ» այն այդպես էլ չմտավ: «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, այս պահին նախաձեռնության անդամները դեռ հստակ որոշում չունեն՝ նախաձեռնությունը կգնա՞ երկրորդ փուլի, այն է՝ կսկսի՞ 300 հազար ստորագրության հավաքագրումը: Սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ այս գործընթացում իր կարևոր դերն ունի Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, ով իր մտավոր ու կազմակերպչական ռեսուրսներով կանգնած է «Հայաքվեի» հիմքում: Ուստի պատահական չեն կարծիքները, թե Չալաբյանի՝ քաղաքական գործունեություն չծավալելը նույնն է, թե նրան զրկեն անձնական ազատությունից:

Ոչ մեկ անգամ է խոսվել Ավետիք Չալաբյանի քրեական գործի խութերի մասին, ինքը Չալաբյանն էլ է իր ելույթների ու հարցազրույցների ժամանակ ասել, որ դատական այս ամբողջ գործընթացը քաղաքականացված է: Հարցի պատասխանը, թե այս պարագայում գործ ունենք դատարանի վրա քաղաքական իշխանության հերթական ճնշման հե՞տ, որի նպատակը Չալաբյանի քաղաքական ու հասարակական գործունեությունը սահմանափակելն է, թերևս կհնչի դեկտեմբերի 21-ին:
