Քաղաքական գործ է, ուզում են, որ ես 2 տարի հավաքներ չկազմակերպեմ և չմասնակցեմ․ Ավետիք Չալաբյան

Այս ամբողջ դատական գործընթացը քաղաքականացված է։

Այս մասին դատարանի բակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Վերջինիս կարծիքով ՝ պատիժը կապված է քաղաքական գործունեության արգելքի հետ։

«Փորձելու են այնպես անել, որ ես 2 տարի  հավաքներ չկազմակերպեմ, հավաքներին չմասնակցեմ, քաղաքական գործընթացներին չմասնակցեմ։ Հատուկ ուզում եմ նշել դատախազի շատ պարադոքսալ միտքը, որ եթե ես իմ մեղքը չեմ ընդունում, դա ծանրացուցիչ հանգամանք է։ Դա աբսուրդ է, յուրքանչյուրը դրա իրավունքն ունի»,-ընդգծեց հասարակական- քաղաքական գործիչը։

Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ևս մեկ անգամ հայտարարեց, որ մեղքը չի ընդունում և, անկախ նրանից, թե դատարանում ինչ վճիռ է կայացվելու, այն բողոքարկելու են։

Նշենք, որ Չալաբյանի գործով վճիռը հրապարակելու համար դատարանն անցել է խորհրդակցական սենյակ, այն կհրապարակվի դեկտեմբերի 21-ին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը մեղադրվում է ուսանողներին ընդդիմության ցույցերին գումարի դիմաց մասնակցելուն շահագրգռելու համար։

Քննչական կոմիտեի պնդմամբ` նյութապես շահագրգռելու նպատակը Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողների մասնակցությունն ընդդիմության ցույցերին ապահովելն էր։

Ըստ ձայնագրության՝ Ագրարային համալսարանի դասախոսներից Էմմա Սարգսյանը կազմակերպել էր նույն համալսարանի ուսխորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի հանդիպումը ընդդիմադիր հասարակական քաղաքական գործիչ Չալաբյանի հետ։

Էմմա Սարգսյանը փոխանցում է ուսխորհրդի նախագահին՝ Չալաբյանի առաջարկը՝ մեկ ուսանողի դիմաց 1,000 դրամով մասնակցել ընդդիմության հավաքներին։

Ըստ իրավապահների` ընդդիմության հավաքներին 2 հազար ուսանող ներգրավելու դիմաց ուսխորհրդի նախագահին առաջարկել են 2 միլիոն դրամ։

Չալաբյանը կալանավորվել էր 2 ամսով, ապա ազատ արձակվել։ Այնուհետև դարձյալ կանալավորվել է 3 ամսով և 15 մլն դրամ գրավով ազատ արձակվել։
