«Էդ մարդուն ուզում են սպանեն, դիակն էլ չտան. պետություն չունենք, մեր պետությունը մեռած է»

Ուղիղ մեկ տարի առաջ տարվա ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ժամանակ «ՀԺ» թղթակիցն Արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանից հետաքրքրվել էր, որ 2016 թվականին Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին Հայաստան տեղափոխելու հարցը կկարգավորվի՞:

«Ես կարծում եմ հաջորդ տարի այս հարցով կունենանք հստակ առաջընթաց: Նախարարությունը հարազատների հետ կապի մեջ է եւ նրանց էլ տեղեկատվություն տալիս ենք, բայց դրանք աշխատանքներն են, որ կատարվում են կուլիսներում»,-ի պատասխան ասել էր նախարարը:

Երեկ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն իր ասուլիսից հետո մի քանի լրատվամիջոցների ասել է, որ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի արտահանձնման գործում խոչընդոտներ են ծագել:

«Բայց որքանով ես եմ տեղյակ, նրա դեմ քաղաքացիական հայցեր կան, եւ կոնվենցիոն հիմքերի տեսանկյունից դա դիտարկվում է որպես Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին արտահանձնելու խոչընդոտ։ Այս հանգամանքը պարզվեց 2016-ի առաջին ամիսներին»,- նշել է Հովհաննիսյանը։

Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի կնոջ հայրը՝ Վիկտոր Մարտիրոսյանը, մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ Հրաչյան շատ վատ վիճակում է, իսկ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը ոչինչ չի անում:

- Պարոն Մարտիրոսյան, երեկ Արդարադատության նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ որոշակի խոչընդոտներ են ծագել Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի արտահանձնման գործով, բայց դեռ տարվա սկզբից ասում էին, որ կլուծվի այդ հարցն այս տարվա ընթացքում: Տեղյա՞կ եք ինչ խոչընդոտների մասին է խոսքը:

- Խոչընդոտն այն է, որ երբ որ դատավարություն էր ընթանում, այն ժամանակ խնդիր չեն բարձրացրել, որ ինչ-որ ֆինանսական հարցեր պիտի լուծի զոհվածների ընտանիքների համար: Հիմա եկել է այն ժամանակ, որ չորս տարին պիտի լրանա, ինչ-որ հայց են ներկայացրել, որ էսքան գումար է պետք այս ընտանիքների համար: Երբ որ ես զանգ եմ տալիս Արդարադատության նախարարություն... մինչեւ էսօր նրանք սուտ են խոսել ամեն ինչում, որովհետեւ հաշվի չեն առնում, որ այն տղան, որ ազատամարտիկ է եղել եւ հերոս է կոչվել, կարելի է այդ մարդուն փրկել:

Երեկ չէ առաջին օրը զանգ ենք տվել Հրաչյային, նա ասում է, որ իրեն պահում են խոնավ, մութ տեղում: Ասել է՝ ես չգիտեմ ինձանից ինչ են ուզում այդ մարդիկ, ինչու են տանջում. մեջքը բռնված է, ողնաշարը ցավում է՝ գրիժա ունի, այդ ծանր վիճակում տանում-գցում են մութ սենյակ, այնտեղ էլ կարող է մահանա: Ի՞նչ է մտածում մեր պետությունը, առանց պետության ենք մենք, ինչ խոսում են՝ սուտ է: Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին 2 միլիարդ դոլարով իր պետությունն առավ բերեց այն դեպքում, որ նա մարդ էր սպանել: Մեր պետությունը չի՞ կարողանում արդեն մահվան դատապարտված մի մարդու հանել էդ խոնավ խցից:
