«Հայաքվեն»՝ նոր փորձություն իշխանության համար

«Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության ներկայացրած օրենքն առաջիկայում քննարկվելու է Ազգային ժողովում։ Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին հարցն արդեն դրված է պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստերի օրակարգում։

Վստահաբար կարելի է պնդել, որ փաշինյանական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները մերժելու են «Հայաքվեի» նախաձեռնությունը և բացասական եզրակացություն են տալու։ Նույնիսկ մերժման դեպքում նախաձեռնությունը փոխանցվելու է արդեն Ազգային ժողով լիագումար նիստ, որտեղ էլ, ըստ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի, որոշում է կայացվել ընդհանրապես ձախողել այն, ընդ որում այս անգամ կրկին դիմելու են բազմիցս օգտագործված մարտավարությանը։

Քաղպայմանագրի պատգամավորները պարզապես հրաժարվելու են ներկայանալ նիստին, իսկ ընդդիմության ձայները բավարար չեն լինի նախաձեռնությունն անց կացնելու համար։ Տարօրինակ զուգադիպությամբ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստը հենց տեղի է ունենալու այն օրերին, երբ Կենտրոնի դատարանում ավարտվում են «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ ձգվող քրեական գործի դատաքննությունը։

Տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը պետք է վճիռներ կայացնի այդ գործի վերաբերյալ։

Շինծու քրեական գործով, հիշեցնենք, Ավետիք Չալաբյանին մեղադրում են՝ իբր Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողներին ընդդիմության հանրահավաքներին գումարով ներգրավվելու մտադրության մեջ։ Մինչ այս պահը դեռևս իշխանություններին չի հաջողվել որևէ կերպ ապացուցել նրա մեղքը, ընդհակառակը, տարածվող տեղեկությունները վկայում են, որ գործն իսկապես սարքված է և որևէ հեռանկար չունի։ Այս հանգամանքը սակայն բնավ չի խանգարի Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին, մեղադրական վճիռ կայացնելու։ Եթե Ազգային ժողովը չընդունի «Հայաքվե»-ի օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը, ապա շարժումը ստիպված է լինելու 50 հազարի փոխարեն ևս 300 հազար ստորագրություն, ինչը չափազանց բարդ իրականանալի խնդիր է։
