Հերթական հակառուսական քայլը

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները կրկին ցուցադրել են իրենց հակառուսական էությունը, այս անգամ ԵԱՀԿ անդամ պետությունների արտգործնախարարների գագաթնաժողովում՝ Հյուսիսային Մակեդոնիայի մայրաքաղաքում։

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն է մեկնել Սկոպիե մի շարք հանդիպումներ ունեցել, այդ թվում ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի արտգործնախարար Դեյվիդ Քեմերոնի, Եվրոպական դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ժոզեֆ Բորելի և բազմաթիվ այլ գործընկերների հետ։ Բոլոր հանդիպումները, ըստ ՀՀ ԱԳն-ի, անցել են չափազանց ջերմ տոնայնությամբ։ Միակ հանդիպումը, որի վերաբերյալ հայկական պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը նույնիսկ չի կարողացել թաքցնել ընդգծված անբարյացակամ վերաբերմունքը, եղել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ դռնփակ հանդիպումը։ Դրանից հետո Հայաստանի ԱԳն-ն հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, նշել, թե արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ռուսական կողմին ևս մեկ անգամ ներկայացրել է հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումները երկկողմ և տարածաշրջանային օրակարգերի շուրջ՝ Ռուսաստանի դաշնության քաղաքականության և իրականացրած քայլերի վերաբերյալ։ Կցկտուր են տեղեկությունները նաև Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի հաղորդագրության մեջ, այստեղ էլ նշվում է, թե Լավրովը հայտնել է Մոսկվայի պատրաստակամությունը՝ նպաստել հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, նաև հաստատվել է տարբեր մակարդակներով հետագա շփումների պահանջը, իսկ նման պահանջ իսկապես կա, Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն, ԱԳ նախարարը և այլ պաշտոնյաներ պարբերաբար խուսափում են ռուսների հետ դեմառդեմ հանդիպումներից և իրենց դիրքորշումները ներկայացնելուց։

Հակառուսական մեկ այլ դրսևորում էլ կարելի է համարել Հայաստանի հրաժարումը մասնակցելու ԵԱՀԿ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստից առաջ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչների հերթական աշխատանքային հավաքներին։ Ռուսաստանի փոխանցմամբ՝ ճշգրտվել են մոտեցումները ԵԱՀԿ օրակարգի առանցքային հարցերի վերաբերյալ, պայմանավորվել ամրապնդել փոխգործակցությունը Վիեննայում և այլ միջազգային հարթակներում։

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը պարզապես չի մասնակցել այդ հանդիպմանը, որևէ մանրամասն հայկական կողմը չի հայտնում։ Ըստ էության սա ևս մեկ դեմարշ կարելի է համարել Ռուսաստանի դեմ, և Հայաստանի իշխանություններն այլևս ամենևին չեն խորշում իրենց հակառուսական քաղաքականությունն ու արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխության մտադրությունները ցուցանելու հարցում։
