Օրենքի խախտումով Ալավերդու համայնքապետարան է ներկայացվել Ալավերդի համայնքի ղեկավարին անվստահություն հայտնելու վերաբերյալ ավագանու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության որոշումը․ Արկադի Թամազյան

Արկադի Թամազյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Ալավերդի համայնքի սիրելի՛ բնակիչներ,
 
Այսօր օրենքի խախտումով Ալավերդու համայնքապետարան է ներկայացվել Ալավերդի համայնքի ղեկավարին անվստահություն հայտնելու վերաբերյալ ավագանու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության որոշումը:
 
Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում տարաբնույթ հերյուրանքներից, շահարկումներից, սուտ և մտացածին խոսակցություններից հետո այն սպասելի էր թե՛ իմ, թե՛ մեր բնակիչների համար։
 
Սակայն այստեղ իրապես ցավալի է մեկ հանգամանք. բնակչության վստահության շնորհիվ ավագանու անդամի կարգավիճակ ստացած, սակայն անձնական շահի և ցանկությունների կատարման համար օգտագործված առնետի ընտրած ճանապարհը։
 
Բոլորս գիտենք՝ առնետի ճանապարհն ավարտվում է թակարդում։
 
Սիրելի՛ ալավերդցիներ, վերահաստատում եմ, որ մենք շարունակում ենք ծառայությունը ի շահ Ալավերդի համայնքի և ի շահ մեր բնակչի։ Մենք մեր հնարավորություններն օգտագործել ենք միայն Ալավերդին ամեն եկող օրվա հետ ավելի լավը դարձնելու համար՝ վստահ լինելով, որ դա է գնահատականի արժանանալու միակ բանաձևը։
 
Ալավերդիում իշխանությունը ձևավորվել է ձեր ընտրության շնորհիվ, և իշխանությունը հենց ձերն է։
Ձեր վստահությունը մեզ համար ամենաթանկն ու կարևորն է, և վստահեցնում ենք՝ ձեզ հետ միասին չենք թողնելու, որ մի խումբ արկածախնդիրներ խլեն ձեր իշխանությունը։
 
Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալ եմ Ձեզ վստահության և աջակցության համար։
