Ստանձնել եմ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով ձերբակալված Ցոլակ Ակոպյանի պաշտպանությունը
 
Այսօր ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն ձերբակալել է Բրյուսովի պետական համալսարանի պրոռեկտոր Ցոլակ Ակոպյանին։ Վերջինս մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 441-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (Պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորությունները կամ դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունը չարաշահելը կամ լիազորություններն անցնելը):
 
Ձերբակալությունը կատարվել է ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 111-րդ հոդվածի կարգով (Ձերբակալումը ազատության մեջ գտնվող մեղադրյալին դատարան ներկայացնելու համար), այսինքն՝ կալանք կիրառելու նպատակով դատարան ներկայացնելու համար։ Ձերբակալման արձանագրությանը և ձերբակալման որոշմանը ծանոթանալով պարզ է դառնում, որ ձերբակալությունը կատարվել է ապօրինի, քանի որ ձերբակալման պահին որևէ կերպ առկա չեն եղել դրա համար օրենսդրությամբ անհրաժեշտ պայմանները և նպատակները (հիմքերը)։
 
Այս ձերբակալությունն ու մեղադրանքը պարոն Ակոպյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող քաղաքական հետապնդումների հերթական դրսևորումն է։
 
Ցոլակ Ակոպյանն իրեն ներկայացված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում։ Տրամադրությունը լավ է, տրամադրվածությունը՝ մարտական։
 
Սպասում ենք դատական նիստի օրվա և ժամի նշանակմանը։
 
Վերջին շրջանում Ակոպյանը խիստ քննադատության է ենթարկում գործող իշխանություններին` Արցախի հարցում վարած կողմից կործանարար քաղաքականության համար։ Ցոլակ Ակոպյանը վերջերս ձերբակալվել էր նաև մեկ այլ անհեթեթ մեղադրանքով։
 
Հիշեցնեմ, որ Ցոլակ Արամի Ակոպյանը քաղաքական գիտությունների թեկնածու է, տասնամյա փորձով դասախոս է, քաղաքագետ, մի շարք գիտական և հրապարակախոսական հոդվածների հեղինակ։
