«Իր երկրի շահերին հակասող քաղաքականություն»․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

regnum.ru-ն «Փաշինյանի գործողությունների արդյունքում Հայաստանի համար աղետ են կանխատեսել» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ վերջերս Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը կոչ էր արել Հայաստանին՝ «բռնել Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրեն մեկնած բարեկամության ձեռքը» և հազարավոր կիլոմետրեր հեռու անվտանգություն փնտրելու փոխարեն սկսել համագործակցել իր հարևանների հետ։ Այդ առիթով regnum.ru-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ քաղաքագետ Ալեքսեյ Մուխինը այն կարծիքն է հայտնել, որ Էրդողանը ակնարկում է Ռուսաստանին՝ որպես միակ պետությանը, որը կարող է դառնալ Հայաստանի անվտանգության երաշխավորը։ Ո՛չ Ֆրանսիան, ո՛չ ԱՄՆ-ը, ո՛չ ԵՄ-ն ի վիճակի չեն դրան, քանի որ այդ երկրները չունեն անհրաժեշտ իրավասություններ և հնարավորություններ։

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր երկրի շահերին հակասող քաղաքականություն է իրականացնում,- ասել է նա,- Փաշինյանն իրականում փորձում է խզել կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ նրան մեղադրելով այն բանի համար, որ նա ինչ-որ բան չի արել: Վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի կրած կորուստների մեղքը նա բարդում է Ռուսաստանի վրա։ Նման քաղաքականությունը կարող է հանգեցնել անվտանգության մակարդակի կտրուկ անկման և Հայաստանի տարածքների հավանական կորստի»։ Քաղաքագետի խոսքով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է փոխել Հայաստանի միջազգային առաջնահերթությունները, սակայն այդ ինքնակամ որոշումը աղետալի հետևանքներ կբերի երկրին։ Ինչ վերաբերում է «բարեկամության ձեռքին», որն իբր Հայաստանին մեկնում է Ադրբեջանը, ապա, ինչպես նշել է Մուխինը, եթե Փաշինյանը դա ընդունի, դժվար թե շարունակի ներկայացնել հայ հասարակությանը։

«Եկեք իրատես լինենք, Հայաստանի հասարակությունը շատ լուրջ պահանջներ ունի Ադրբեջանի դեմ, և վաղը դրանք չեն վերանա»,- վստահ է Մուխինը։ Արևելագետ և Պետդումայի նախկին պատգամավոր Սեմյոն Բաղդասարովը իրավիճակին մի փոքր այլ կերպ է նայում։ Նա համաձայն չէ այն տեսակետի հետ, թե իբր Էրդողանը Հայաստանին կոչ է արել Ռուսաստանից անվտանգության երաշխիքներ փնտրել։ «Էրդողանն առաջին հերթին ցանկանում է, որ Երևանը դադարի կենտրոնանալ Փարիզի վրա։ Թուրքիայի նախագահը կարծում է, որ Ֆրանսիան ապակառուցողական դեր է խաղում տարածաշրջանում և Հայաստանին մղում է ռևանշի։ Թերևս նման եզրահանգումների պատճառը եղել է վերջերս ֆրանսիական զրահատեխնիկայի մատակարարումները Հայաստան»,- ասել է Բաղդասարովը։

Նրա կարծիքով, այժմ Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի համար կա մի պարզ խնդիր. նրանք ցանկանում են ճնշում գործադրել Հայաստանի վրա, քանի դեռ Փաշինյանն է այնտեղ իշխանության գլուխ։ «Մասնավորապես, կարելի է խոսել Հայաստանի տարածքում գտնվող, այսպես կոչված, անկլավները ստանալու մասին։ Եվ որքան հնարավոր է՝ շատ տարածքներ, միգուցե ողջ հարավային Հայաստանը, Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը և շատ ավելին,- ենթադրել է Բաղդասարովը,- Էրդողանի համար գլխավորը Թուրքիայի և նրա կրտսեր գործընկեր Ադրբեջանի հզորացումն է»: Ինչ վերաբերում է Փաշինյանին, ապա, ըստ փորձագետի, նա ցանկանում է հաճոյանալ Թուրքիային, Ֆրանսիային, ԱՄՆ-ին, իսկ գլխավորն այն է, որ միտումը հակառուսական է։ «Հետևաբար, նա շտապելու է այս ու այն կողմ, բայց դա Երևանին լավ բանի չի տանի, Փաշինյանը շարունակելու է զիջել Հայաստանի շահերը»,- եզրափակել է արևելագետը:
