«Ամեն ինչի համար» փող չխնայող կառավարությունը պայթյունից տուժած արցախցիներին կաջակցի՞. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ադրբեջանական վերջին ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ու նաև դրան շաղկապված բռնի տեղահանության ընթացքում տուժել, մահացել կամ վիրավորվել են խաղաղ բնակիչներ: Այդ թվում՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ահավոր պայթյուն տեղի ունեցավ Ստեփանակերտ-Ասկերան ավտոճանապարհի հարակից տարածքում՝ բենզինի պահեստում: Այդ ողբերգության հետևանքով զոհվածների ճշգրիտ թիվն անհայտ է մինչև օրս. նշվում է, որ, նախնական տվյալներով, մոտ 220 զոհ է եղել: Հայտնի է նաև, որ զոհվածների ու վիրավորների մեծ մասը տղամարդիկ են: Այսինքն, ակնհայտ է, որ այդ պայթյունի հետևանքով բազմաթիվ ընտանիքներ կորցրել են կերակրողներին, եթե արտահայտվենք պաշտոնական, իրավաբանական եզրույթներով:

Ուստի հարց է ծագում. իսկ մի՞թե պայթյունից զոհվածների ընտանիքներին, վիրավորվածներին չպետք է հատուկ մոտեցմամբ դրամական փոխհատուցում տրվեր: Բայց նման մոտեցումների մասին որևէ բան լսվե՞լ է, ասվե՞լ է: Կան տեղեկություններ մունիցիպալ մարմինների կողմից հնարավոր օժանդակության մասին: Բայց կառավարությունից ձայն անգամ չի լսվում: Ի դեպ, «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանն օրերս ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ նման հարց էր բարձրացրել՝ նշելով, որ նման դեպքերի համար պետք է կառավարությունը որոշակի փոխհատուցում սահմաներ:

Նա միանգամայն արդարացիորեն նկատել էր նաև, որ եթե նույնիսկ կառավարությունը համարում է, որ, օրինակ՝ բենզինի պահեստի պայթյունն ուղղակիորեն կապ չունի ռազմական գործողությունների հետ, ապա, միևնույնն է, դա հարցը չի հանում օրակարգից: Նախկինում համանման դեպքերի պարագայում միշտ աջակցություն ցուցաբերվել է: Օրինակ՝ «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնի պայթյունից զոհվածների ընտանիքներին աջակցություն տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ կայացվել է որոշում: Ուստի, ինչպես կարծում է Առաքել յանը, և ինչին, կարծում ենք, համամիտ կլինի ցանկացած ողջամիտ մարդ, անհրաժեշտ է նման որոշում կայացնել նաև նշված դեպքի հետ կապված։
