Ռուս սպաները կօգնե՞ն Ադրբեջանին ճեղքել Արցախի ՊԲ առաջնագիծը

Ադրբեջանը վերջին օրերին պարբերաբար ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածում հայկական կողմից խաղաղ բնակավայրերի գնդակոծման, բնակչության շրջանում վիրավորների մասին: Այս կապակցությամբ տեսակետները տարբեր են՝ ոմանք դա գնահատում են որպես ինչ որ գործողություն սկսելու նախապատրաստություն, ոմանք էլ՝ ներքին լսարանին ուղղված քայլ՝ վերջին շրջանում ստեղծված ռազմա-քաղաքական պարապուրդը մի կողմից լցնելու, մյուս կողմից՝ որոշակի հռետորաբանությունից նահանջելու նպատակով:

Վերջերս Ադրբեջանը Ռուսաստանից ստացավ Սոլնցեպյոկ ՏՈՍ-1Ց հարձակողական տեխնիկա եւ նորագույն հրթիռներ, որոնց հեռահարությունը 6 կմ է, երկու անգամ ավելի մեծ, քան «սովորական» հրթիռները: Ադրբեջանի Պաշտպանության նախարարը հայտարարեց, թե ռուսական կողմը իրենց է փոխանցել Սիրիայում ռազմական գործողությունների փորձը: Սիրիայում ռուսները կիրառել են Սոլնցեպյոկ ՏՈՍ-1Ց: Դատելով Հասանովի հայտարարությունից, Սոլնցեպյոկ ՏՈՍ-1Ց տիպի հարվածային տեխնիկան ուղեկցող ռուսական սպայախումբը Բաքվին է փոխանցում Սիրիայում այդ զինատեսակի կիրառման փորձը:

Ըստ ամենայնի, այդ զինատեսակի մատակարարումը կրկին խախտել էր սպառազինության հավասարակշռությունը, քանի որ անմիջապես տեղեկություն եղավ, որ հայկական կողմը բանակցում է Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ սպառազինություն ձեռք բերելու նոր վարկ ստանալու համար:

Արցախի պաշտպանության նախարարԼեւոն Մնացականյանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Օրակարգից դուրս» հաղորդման ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, որ հավասարակշռությունը խախտված չէ, առաջնագիծը հագեցած է խորքային՝ սկսած 7 կմ-ից (հիշեցնենք՝ նորագույն հրթիռների հեռահարությունը 6 կմ է) տեսադիտարկման նորագույն համակարգերով, ինչպես նաեւ նորագույն զինատեսակներով:

Այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է արձանագրել, որ Ադրբեջանին սպառազինության վերջին խմբաքանակից հետո Հայաստանում լուրջ դժգոհություն ու մտահոգություն առաջացավ, այդ թվում իշխանության մակարդակով: Դրա արձագանքն էր այն, որ Հայաստանը մասնակցեց ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորավարժությանը, բարձրացվեց պրո-ռուսական բլոկներում Հայաստանի մնալու նպատակահարմարության հարցը:

Իսկ ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը հայտարարեց, որ Ադրբեջանին ռուսական զենքի մատակարարման փաստարկները որեւէ քննադատության չեն դիմանում: Եվ իսկապես, այդ պարագայում արդեն լիովին սպառվում է ավանդական թեզը, թե «եթե Ռուսաստանը զենք չտար՝ ուրիշները կտային», քանի որ Սիրիայում ՏՈՍ-1Ց ռուսական զինատեսակի կիրառման փորձին տիրապետում են միայն ռուսները:

 

Ի դեպ, Լեւոն Մնացականյանն իր հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ ադրբեջանական բանակն իր զինատեսակների կիրառման արդյունավետության մասով լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի, եւ չնայած սպառազինության ձեռքբերումներին, այնուամենայնիվ իրենք խնդիր ունեն կիրառման առումով, այդ տեխնիկայի յուրացման առումով:

Ռուս սպաները կօգնե՞ն Ադրբեջանին յուրացնել այդ տեխնիկան, ճեղքել Արցախի առաջնագիծը: Եվ քանի՞ զոհ է արժենալու հայկական կողմի համար «ռազմական հավասարակշռության պահպանման» մոսկովյան յուրահատուկ ըմբռնումը:

Ռուս սպաները կօգնե՞ն Ադրբեջանին յուրացնել այդ տեխնիկան, ճեղքել Արցախի առաջնագիծը: Եվ քանի՞ զոհ է արժենալու հայկական կողմի համար «ռազմական հավասարակշռության պահպանման» մոսկովյան յուրահատուկ ըմբռնումը:
