ԼՂ–ի 140 հուշարձանի անգլերեն ցուցակ է կազմվել՝ միջազգային հարթակներում ներկայացնելու համար

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված գործընկերների հետ կազմել է առավել կարևոր հուշարձանների անգլերեն ցուցակ միջազգային գործընկերներին ներկայացնելու համար։ Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանը ի պատասխան ասել են նախարարությունից։
 
Հայտնել էինք, որ Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության անդամ Նիգար Արփադարայը հայտարարել էր, որ ՅՈւՆԵՍԿՕ-ն հրաժարվել է Բաքվի պահանջից՝ Աղդամով գնալ Ստեփանակերտ հուշարձանների վիճակը գնահատելու համար։
Այս թեմայով փորձել էինք պարզել, թե ստեղծված իրավիճակում ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը ի՞նչ քայլեր է պատրաստվում ձեռնարկել։
 
Նշվում է, որ 2020 թվականից ի վեր ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն իրականացնում է համապատասխան աշխատանքներ գործընկեր միջազգային կազմակերպություններին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կրոնական և մշակութային հուշարձանների պաշտպանության խնդրի մասին տեղեկացնելու համար:
Վերոնշյալ աշխատանքների շրջանակում ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը մի շարք գրություններ է հղել նաև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ղեկավարությանը՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մշակութային հուշարձանները պաշտպանելուն ուղղված համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկելու նպատակով։ Նաև խնդրել են տարատեսակ հարթակներում բարձրաձայնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մշակութային հուշարձանների ոչնչացման և աղավաղման դեպքերը և հանդես գալ դատապարտող հայտարարությամբ: Հարցը բարձրաձայնվել է նաև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ղեկավարության հետ կայացած հանդիպումների ընթացքում:
 
«Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում ԿԳՄՍՆ պատմության և մշակութային հուշարձանների պահպանության վարչությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված գործընկերների հետ կազմել է առավել կարևոր 140 հուշարձանների անգլերեն ցուցակ՝ լուսանկարներով, վիճակի նկարագրությամբ, կոորդինատներով և այլն, որը փոխանցվել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն՝ միջազգային գործընկերների հետ աշխատանքի համար»,–նշված է նախարարության պատասխանում։
Ընդգծվում է, որ միջազգային բոլոր հարթակներում (1972 թ․ Համաշխարհային ժառանգության կոնվենցիա, ICCROM գագաթնաժողով և այլն), որին մասնակցում են ԿԳՄՍՆ ներկայացուցիչները, տարվում է շարունակական աշխատանք և ելույթներով բարձրաձայնվում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության հարցերն ու միջազգային գործիքակազմերի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտությունը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, հիշեցվում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը դեռևս 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո դիմել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ին՝ փաստահավաք առաքելություն ուղարկելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, սակայն այդ աշխատանքները մշտապես խոչընդոտվել են ադրբեջանական կողմից։
