Արցախի նախագահին հարցաքննել են ԱԺ-ում

Ազգային ժողովում 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովը երեկ մի քանի ժամ հարցաքննել է Արցախի վերջին նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանին։

Դռնփակ նիստում մի շարք հարցեր են տվել, որից հետո Շահրամանյանը հեռացել է՝ առանց լրագրողների հարցերին պատասխանելու։ Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպել է հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, և այն հանգամանքը, որ սովորաբար քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նիստերը տեղի են ունենում դռնփակ և այնտեղ հնչեցրած արտահայտություններն ու տեղեկությունները հրապարակման ենթակա չեն, թույլ են տվել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին հերթական անգամ քննադատության քարը նետել ընդդիմության դաշտը։ Մասնավորապես, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հայտարարել է. «Այ հիմա շատ լավ հասկացա, պարոն Արծվիկ Մինասյանն ինչո՞ւ չէր ուզում, որ այս իրողությունը դառնար իրողություն, որ Շահրամանյանը գար քննիչ հանձնաժողով, շաբաթներ շարունակ խոսում էին ոչ թե քննիչ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքների մասին, որակյալ զեկույց ունենալու մասին, այլ հանձնաժողովի ժամկետի մասին»,- ասել է Քոչարյանը։

Ըստ էության, այն, որ նա ակնհայտորեն կեղծում է, որևէ մեկը չի կասկածում, բանն այն է, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հսկիչ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքների ժամկետն օրենքով ավարտվել է և հանձնաժողովն այլևս վերազանցում է իր լիազորությունները։ Իհարկե, այս հանգամանքը հրաշալի հասկանում են նաև ՔՊ-ում, սակայն արդեն իսկ ձախողված հանձնաժողովի ինչ-որ ինստիտուցիոնալ տեսք տալու և աշխատանքի իմիտացիա ստեղծելու համար, օրենքի խախտմամբ երկարաձգել են հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունը։ Ակնարկները, թե Շահրամանյանից ստացել են չափազանց կարևոր հարցերի պատասխաններ, որոնք լույս են սփռում ոչ միայն 44-օրյա պատերազմի, այլ նաև արցախի հայաթափման վերաբերյալ, ողջ ընթացքում ընդդիմությանը թիրախավորելը, հերթական անգամ վկայում են, որ քննիչ հանձնաժողովն իրականում ստեղծվել է մեկ նպատակով՝ ամեն գնով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանն արդարացնելու համար։
