Փաշինյանի ակնարկները. ուզում են լքել ՀԱՊԿ-ը

Մինչ Ռուսաստանը և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի մյուս դաշնակիցները հույս են հայտնում, որ Հայաստանը դեռ բաց է թողել համագործակցության դուռը և կարող են գալ ընդհանուր հայտարարի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր՝ երեկ, գրեթե, ութ ժամ տևած ասուլիսի ընթացքում խոստովանել է, որ իրենց հիմնական նպատակը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը լքելն է։ Ասուլիսում Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե ՀԱՊԿ գործողությունները համապատասխան չեն ՀՀ շահերին։ «Կա քաղաքական կամք, ըստ անհրաժեշտության ՀՀ շահերից բխող որևէ որոշում կայացնելու և իշխանություններն առաջնորդվելու են պետական շահերից ելնելով, այդ թվում ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու, չգալու հետ կապված։ Մեր որոշումներում, մեր ուղենիշը ՀՀ պետական շահն է, մեր ուսումնասիրություններն ասում են, որ ՀԱՊԿ գործողությունները կամ անգործությունը չեն հասցեագրում ՀՀ նկատմամբ ունեցած պարտավորությունները»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը՝ փաստացի ապացուցելով, որ Հայաստանն անշեղորեն գնում է ՀԱՊԿ-ից հեռանալու ճանապարհով։
 
Հիշեցնենք, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Մարիա Զախարովան նշել էր, որ Հայաստանը չի արգելափակել որևէ որոշում ընդունված ՀԱՊԿ-ում, ինչը դրական են գնահատում և համարում են, որ հնարավոր է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հետ գալ ընդհանուր հայտարարի, նստել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ։
 
Փաստացի, Փաշինյանն իր երեկվա ասուլիսում այլևս չի թաքցնում, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը լքելու օրակարգն իրենց առանցքային և հիմնարար ջանքերից մեկն է լինելու։ Երեկվա ամբողջ ասուլիսի ընթացքում Փաշինյանը թեև փորձել է թաքցնել իր հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը, սակայն գրեթե անհնար է եղել։ Միաժամանակ ասելով, որ Ռուսաստանին նախկինի պես համարում են առանցքային դաշնակից, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մի շարք հարցերում քննադատել է Մոսկվային, մասնավորապես Ռուսաստանին զենքի դիմաց փոխանցված գումարի և դրա դիմաց սպառազինություն չստանալու պատճառով։
 
Ակնհայտորեն Հայաստանի իշխանություններն առայժմ խուսանավում են՝ փորձելով ավելի մեղմ եղանակներով հեռանալ ռուսական ազդեցության դաշտից։ Թե, որքանով սա կհաջողվի, առնվազն չափազանց խնդրահարույց հարց է։
