Նովոսիբիրսկցի քիմիկոսները գտել են արևային բջիջների ծածկույթները բարելավելու միջոց

Nia-rf.ru-ն գրում է, որ Նիկոլաևի անվան անօրգանական քիմիայի ինստիտուտի աշխատակիցներն առաջարկել են մագնեզիումի ֆտորիդի օգտագործմամբ արևային մարտկոցների հակառեֆլեկտիվ ծածկույթներ ստեղծելու նոր մեթոդ: Դրանց օգտագործումը կբարելավի արևային բջիջների ծածկույթների օպտիկական բնութագրերը և կբարձրացնի լույսի ալիքների կլանման գործակիցը։

«Անօրգանական նյութերի շարքում մագնեզիումի ֆտորիդն ունի բեկման ամենացածր ինդեքսը, ուստի այն հարմար է մեր նպատակների համար: Այն քիմիապես կայուն է, դիմացկուն է ճառագայթման նկատմամբ և մեխանիկորեն ամուր է, ուստի այն կարող է օգտագործվել ֆոտոգալվանային և արևային ջերմային հակառեֆլեկտիվ շերտերը ծածկելու համար, ներառյալ տիեզերքում գործող վահանակների: Եթե մենք օգտագործենք մագնեզիումի ֆտորիդը բազմաշերտ ծածկույթներում, մենք կկարողանանք հասնել նվազագույն արտացոլման, և գրեթե ամբողջ լույսը կհասնի փոխարկիչին», — ասել է Նիկոլաևի անվան անօրգանական քիմիայի ինստիտուտի Ցնդող համակարգերի քիմիայի լաբորատորիայի ավագ գիտաշխատող Եվգենյա Վիկուլովան։

Արեգակնային էներգիայի կլանման բարձր արագության հասնելու համար գիտնականները պետք է կարգավորեն ծածկույթի օպտիմալ հաստությունը և բեկման ինդեքսը: Հետազոտողները որպես վերին շերտի հիմք օգտագործել են մագնեզիումի ֆտորիդը։ Գիտնականները հասել են լույսի փոխանցման 93 %-ի, և նրանք նախատեսում են այն հասցնել 95-98 %-ի: Որպես կանոն, մագնեզիումի ֆտորիդի շերտեր ստանալու համար օգտագործվում է լուծույթի քիմիայի մեթոդ օգտագործելով ագրեսիվ և վնասակար ռեակտիվներ: Գոյություն ունի նաև ֆիզիկական գազաֆազային նստեցման մեթոդ, սակայն դրա օգտագործումը սահմանափակվում է սարքավորումների բարձր արժեքով: Սիբիրյան քիմիկոսներն առաջարկել են վահանակների արտադրության այլընտրանքային տարբերակ՝ քիմիական գոլորշիների նստեցում կամ MOCVD (Մետաղ-օրգանական քիմիական գոլորշիների նստեցում): «Այդ մեթոդի էությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ ցնդող մետաղական միացությունը, որը տեղափոխվում է գազային փուլ հատուկ ջերմային պայմաններում, տեղափոխվում է ենթաշերտի, օրինակ ապակու վրա: Օբյեկտի մակերեսին գոլորշիները քայքայվում են և ձևավորում ծածկույթ: Այդ մեթոդը շատ ճշգրիտ է և թույլ է տալիս վերահսկել բաղադրությունը, միկրոկառուցվածքը, ծածկույթի հաստությունը և հավասարաչափ բաշխել նյութը բարդ ձևերի մակերեսների վրա»,- բացատրել են գիտնականները։ Նրանց կարծիքով այդ աշխատանքն այլընտրանքային մոտեցում կստեղծի ֆտորացված միացությունների ստացման համար առանց ագրեսիվ ռեակտիվների և թանկարժեք սարքավորումների օգտագործման։
