ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը նոր հաղորդագրություն է տարածել

Նոյեմբերի 18-ին, ժամը 1.18-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հաղորդում է ստացվել որ Պուշկինի փողոցում վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է։

Նույն օրը, ժամը 1.39-ին և 1.43-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգեր են ստացվել, որ Արամ Խաչատրյանի արձանի մոտ մի քանի քաղաքացիներ ծեծի են ենթարկում մի քաղաքացու:

Նշված վայրեր մեկնած ոստիկանության օպերատիվ խմբերը պարզել են, որ Պուշկինի փողոցի 43 հասցեի մոտ Ուելսի ֆուտբոլի ազգային հավաքականի երկրպագուների միջև ծագել է վիճաբանություն: Նրանք, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, հարվածներ են հասցրել իրար՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ, այնուհետև այդ ամենը շարունակել են Մաշտոցի և Սայաթ-Նովայի պողոտաների խաչմերուկում:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ խուլիգանություն կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել և ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին են տեղափոխվել Ուելսի՝ 15 և Նոր Գվինեայի՝ 1 քաղաքացի։

Եվս 16 անձ ոգելից խմիչքի ազդեցության տակ հասարակական վայրում երևալու հիմքով ձերբակալվել, տարվել են բաժին, այնուհետև ազատ են արձակվել։

Կազմված փաստաթղթերը և 16 անձինք ներկայացվել են քննչական բաժին, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Նշենք նաև, որ միջադեպի մասնակիցները տեղի ունեցածի մասին լրատվամիջոցներով տարածում են տեղեկություններ, որոնց զգալի մասը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
